Staff and extra charges

The hotel itself was pretty nice, but for the price of the room I expected friendlier staff. Be aware that there is a $75 fee for staying with a pet. The front desk staff do not seem all that educated on options for guests. For example, one person told my wife they could get a van taxi but when she went down to the lobby the morning of her flight, there was no van and she was told, "None of the taxi services use vans."

Air conditioning

The air conditioning would turn off when there wasn't motion in the room so we were too warm during the night. This was especially annoying because we were in a handicapped room because I have mobility issues.

Excellent Staff Members

Pros: The staff was friendly and accommodating. Swim, use the self-service laundry or computers. Eating places abound; ballrooms and meeting rooms too.
Cons: The beds were softer than my wife and I prefer. The room temperature warmer than the unit indicated, but it was still comfortable.
Location: The location was excellent, right across the street from the airport. Restaurants are within easy walking distance, including the one in the hotel.
We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at the Radissson Hotel Seattle Airport. We were able to check in early, the shuttle driver was friendly and very informative. The pool, laundry, and business center were very clean and enjoyable, especially for families. Wi-fi was available. The airport is literally across the street, and there are many places to eat within easy walking distance.

Conveninet location

Pros: Close to airport and a nice Grill on site.
Cons: We told the front desk the toilet was leaking.
Location: Across from the airport. The shuttle was very efficient. Take the shuttle to the light rail station and explore downtown Seattle.
We were early for check-in. ( just off cruise ship). We did a partial check-in and checked our luggage. The desk clerk was very helpful in giving us a suggestion of going to Bainridge Island and how to use the light rail. She was not on duty when we returned or the next morning, so we could not thank her for her help. We had a fun day in Seattle,

Not worth the expense.

Elevators were out of commission, had to use service elevators. Room was comfortable but door failed to lock upon leaving had to call for maintenance to fix.

Ok, not great.

Booked a standard, smoking, king through Expedia, turns out this is a non-smoking hotel but the outside smoking area was nice (fyi...not covered for rain). The room was not as clean as it could have been, the tub wouldn't drain so showered standing in 5" of water, and the A/C worked only the first night out of a 5 night stay...yes, the A/C was needed. Seattle temps were in the high 70's and mid 80's the entire trip.

The Hotel had a moldy smell to it when you exited the elevators and then had an additional bad odor to the room. The elevators were slow and the food was bland.

Nice hotel close to the airport

Hotel was clean, air conditioning in our room didn't work well, hotel elevators not working had to use service elevators.

Comfortable & Convenient

Pros: Convenient to the airport, clean, and staff were very helpful with recommendations for sites to see and restaurants to eat at.
Cons: Our second night at the hotel after our cruise, we were in an older part of the hotel, which seemed to need a little updating.
Location: This hotel was very convenient to ride the light rail to downtown Seattle and see the sights. We visited the Space Needle and the Pike Market Place.
This hotel is excellent if you are arriving late from a flight and ready to rest. We found it to be very convenient for late arrival. It was clean, comfortable and staff were super nice and accommodating. Hotel restaurant was reasonable, with good food. Shuttle was there quickly on our arrival. We were going on a cruise the next day, and also stayed 1 night after our cruise returned. We would definitely stay at this hotel if in the area again.

Great Seattle Airport Hotel

Location: The light rail is right there so easy access to downtown Seattle.
It was very conveniently located in that it is literally across the street from SEA-TAC!
