Palm Size Spiders

Pros: Front entry seemed nice.
Cons: Remodel and update rooms, get rid of popcorn ceiling and old bathtubs.
Our first room had a black spider the size of the palm of my hand on the ceiling. When the staff came up to give us another room he did not seem to care about the location of the spider as he no plans of dealing with it. I guess the next guest would get to have the pleasure of sharing their room with that local resident. Rooms were motel 6 quality with the exception of granite counter in bathroom. Old and dingy, not worth the extra money. Also they added on an extra $15 to park your car EACH NIGHT! We won't go back there. Gave a higher score for comfort as beds were okay in quality.

I expect more from a Radisson

Pros: Convenient location within walking distance from the terminal and a longer but reasonable walk to the train downtown
Cons: Maintenance needs work
Stayed two nights and had trouble sleeping both nights due to a noisy heater. I had asked, after the first night, that it be repaired along with the TV remote that didn't work. The TV remote was replaced, but the heater was not fixed. It was very loud when starting and stopping. we didn't try the restaurant as it seemed too quiet despite surrounding restaurants being busy.

Night before our vacation!

Loved our stay, the restaurant was very good we ate dinner and breakfast there. The only thing we were bummed about was no hot tub. The pool was nice but kind of cold. The rooms and staff were awesome. We definitely will use this hotel again.

So convenient to airport

Super close to airport, fast pick up and east return using hotel shuttle. Hotel staff was efficient and friendly, room was very nice--beds and linens very comfortable. Well priced/good value. Would choose again for Seattle airport stay.

Decient hotel directly across street from Seatac. On-site restraunt has good food with large serving portions. Overall a good stay, but could also use a new coat of paint and new carpets...

Consistently Good

Pros: Room comfort and pleasant staff
Cons: Perhaps the breakfast.
Location: perfect location to the Airport. Light rail to the city easily accessible
One thing you can always be assured nof staying at any Raddison, is that are always good. We (American Airlines) lost our baggage early in our holiday. We mentioned this at every hotel we stayed in (including the "Beverley HIlls Hotel"). The only person who was genuinely concerned and offerd to supply us with toiletries was the girl at the check in at the Raddison in Seattle.

nice and close to airport

Cons: just giving customers information about your hotel
Location: there for an interview, which I got
the staff was not that friendly. Wanted to join for rewards, as I will be traveling a lot, but the person behind the counter was too busy to care, one person after me. She said just go on the website and do it. Also when I came in really didn't tell me where anything was. Your room service food was good and the person that brought the food up was nice, but the first call to whom ever takes order not very friendly. All in all very nice hotel just not very good service, as far as polite, friendly or really the willingness to help and answer questions.

Close to airport

Pros: Location
Cons: Parking charge seems excessive
Location: Across the street from airport, not a great deal of restaurants nearby, but the hotel one is good.
Everyone on staff was super friendly and helpful. Room was spacious. Room service food was good.
