Gutes Hotel am Flughafen

Das Hotel liegt direkt gegenüber vom Sea-Tac Airport und vorm Hotel läuft eine grosse Strasse vorbei. Ansonsten sind die Zimmer sehr geräumig, sauber und ordentlich. Vom Hotel ist man in 20-30 min downtown Seattle. Im Hotel selber ist vom Fitnessstudio bis zum Restaurant, Pool und Hotelbar alles vorhanden. Leider sind die Räume etwas hellhörig besonders wenn Gäste auf den Gängen umherlaufen bzw sich unterhalten.

Pros: The staff was very nice and close to airport
Cons: Needs a bit of renovation. Seemed a bit used and old.
Location: close and walking distance to airport. very convienent.
We had a good experience at the restaurant next door called 13 coins.

Pros: Close to airport. Free shuttle.
Cons: Would have been nice to be able to purchase something to eat. Nothing available at airport. Room service and hotel restaurant were closed.
Location: Near the airport.
Late arrival for early AM flight out. No place to eat at airport - closed. Hotel restaurant and Room Service closed. Would have been nice to be able to purchase something to eat as there was nothing near the hotel either.

What more could you ask for? Not many hotels you can walk to and from the airport. Would recommend this hotel to anyone.

Horrible hidden charges.

Horrible staff and ridiculous hidden charges. The first night I check in the woman ask for my card that I rented the room with and I said ok. Little did I know there is a 25 dollar a day charge being charged to my card that was not told to me. Then on top they asked me if I was parking with them I said yes I guess then did not tell me that the charge is 20 dollars plus tax a day. On the last day I ask the front desk once I look at my account and he said the 25 a day was a authorization charge just in case I use something which made no sense to me at all. It is about a week later and those charges are still there and did not come back to my account. Then the 80 dollars for the parking which was ridiculous because it clearly stated 15 dollars a day for parking not 20. Then also when I was asking the man when I checked out he decided to get loud and say that I should have read the paperwork and should ask more then but the lady never said anything even when I asked her why she was swiping my card she told me oh its just a hold nothing more. The staff was completely rude and did not explain any charges this will be the last time I stay with Radisson very horrible experience.

We do require our guest to provide a credit card at check in for incidentals, which will be authorized $25 per day. We do also have a parking fee of $20, however this should have been explained to you at check in. Close to airport

Staff is friendly. No frig, microwave, or safe in room. Breakfast not included. Also they charge $20 per night to park - an added expense I hadn't counted on. Hotel restaurant food ok but expensive.

We are in the final stages of ordering refrigerators and microwaves and expect them to be available in all guest rooms by the end of June, in the meantime they are available upon request. We do have breakfast package rates available when reserving your guest room and encourage you to ask about this package when booking your next reservation. Our parking charge assists our hotel with the upkeep and maintenance of the parking lot and outside areas. Our parking charge is competitive with other area hotels. We apologize if you were not aware of this prior to your arrival. We do hope we have the opportunity to welcome you back soon!

Wonderful Suite for a Business Trip

Pros: Location. Noon Checkout time.
Cons: More than one bottle of water per day would have been nice. TV selections could be better & the remotes leave something to be desired.
Location: Directly across from the airport entrance. Great dining & other hotels in walking distance, great for business meetings. Southcenter Mall 5 min away.
I was in SeaTac for three days on business. When I checked in I was assigned to a standard room, though my reservation was for a 1 bedroom suite. When I asked at the front desk they corrected the error immediately and moved me. The room was clean and comfortable; small for a suite but this isn't Disney. Other than the construction noise at the airport, my stay was great. Housekeeping left extra clean towels even though I hung mine up to be reused, which was nice though unnecessary. I ordered room service the second night. When I ordered wine I recieved a wonderful recommendation, in leiu of what I asked for. The food arrived in half the expected time, was delicious, and very reasonably priced (for room service.) Check out was a breeze, I didn't even have to call the front desk.

Good, close to airport

Pros: Just okay.
Cons: Hotel should give what the guest paid for.
Location: Easy access to any where you need.
The staff is nice, the waiter ans waitress is very nice. I reserved for two nights but only stayed for one , because the airline cancelled our flight on the first night, when I check in the next morning the hotel put us in the room facing the roof top air conditioning units, that totally is not nice I make reservation thru Expidia the room id paid for in two nights. Hotel put us in that room properbly because we are only going to be there for one night.

Great location near Sea-Tac Int'l airport.

Pros: The shuttle leaves every 1/2 hour to take guests to the airport, which is handy. Lobby is modern and clean.
Cons: Require a parking pass but skip charging $15 fee / night to park. Did not like that!

Good location. Clean lobby and hotel. Did not use many of facilities but I did notice an office I could have printed documents, a small gym, laundry and they all looked very clean and well kept. I could tell at some point the hotel allowed smoking as you cannot get rid of the smokers smell unless you replace the carpets. Room was what I needed - clean and a good bed. Enjoyed the restaurant especially the clam chowder!
