Nice hotel close to the airport

Posted Nov 17, 2014
Stayed for four days and was very satisfied. The bed was very comfortable and the staff was very nice. The only thing I would have changed was the heater. Because it was so cold, we were using the heater but it took it almost 30-40 min for it to get the room warm.

Convenient location for traveling using SeaTac air

Posted Nov 14, 2014
Pros: Shuttle services and restaurant
Cons: See above in experience
Only negative was hallway noise and every time adjacent room used the lavatory /shower you could here water passing. this issue may of been limited to room 316. However for lower rate it an acceptable condition.

Old. Smelly. Cold.

Posted Nov 13, 2014
Really a 1.5 star. This hotel is embarrassing. It is old, smelly and the heater didn't work. The restaurant was not good. The cold air from the front door makes sitting in the restaurant impossible. Broken tiles in the bathroom.

Seattle Sounders

Posted Nov 12, 2014
Cons: Could use a remodel, some of the wallpaper is loose in the bathroom although it was a very clean room
This is where we stay when we go to the watch the Sounders

Nice, a bit neglected

Posted Nov 8, 2014
Pros: Location location location.
Cons: General face lift maintenance
Location: Very near the airport, shuttle service every 30 minutes to the airport, and on call from the airport.
Rooms were the size expected, beds were comfortable, in room amenities were all there. The building needs a bit of TLC, there were some water-stained ceiling tiles in the lobby, and water damage on wallpaper. There were also some minor repairs in the rooms that need attention, nothing major. Staff were nice, accommodating and friendly. Shuttle service was very convenient and timely. Parking is very inadequate.

Fair Value

Posted Nov 7, 2014
Older hotel but in pretty good shape. I think they have it priced right for what you get. The overall facility is a little tried and could use a face lift, but if that raises the price, I would rather keep it as is. Perfect for overnight stay. Good value. Staff was very friendly

The walls are a bit thin but this is minor - good restaurant - close to rental car drop off -- very convenient location
