Needs TLC

Posted Jun 29, 2015
Hotel looks horrible on the outside all run down. The rooms are okay but furniture seemed dirty. Beds are comfortable. Bathroom needs remodel things loose. No water pressure we left after one night went elsewhere

The staff are nice and the location is near the mall which is very convenient for us. The free breakfast is nice additions.

Nice place for a night

Posted Jun 26, 2015
Pros: Reception desk staff were all very helpful and courteous. Room was roomy enough for 4 adults.
Cons: Fitness Center was conveniently located, but hard to find because it wasn't marked very well. Long walk down a narrow hallway to the room.
Location: Close to the airport. All that really mattered to us.
As airport Ramada's go, this is well above average. Nothing spectacular, but everything was clean and in pretty good repair. Room was big enough for 4 adults with 2 queen beds. Breakfast was OK, although most of the serving dishes were empty when we got there in the middle of the morning rush. Reception desk was very helpful and efficient. Conveniently located to the airport without being noisy. We had a very nice stay before our flight out the next morning.

Overbooked. Had to move to another hotel chain. Staff couldn't provide any details about new facility other than directions. Poorly handled but were moved to nicer hotel in the end

2 nights to attend the Chambers Bay Open

Posted Jun 22, 2015
Pros: comfortable king bed
Cons: hot breakfast
Location: good location close to shopping & close to highway
Counter staff were quick to suggest a limo driver to take us to/from the golf course & did the arranging for us. Room was clean & king bed was very comfortable. Hot buffet breakfast was the worst we have ever had. All hot food containers were empty/ no waffle batter/no yogurt/no coffee (even in the containers in the lobby)/no knives. Only one staff trying to get things fixed - never did!

Good for a few nights

Posted Jun 21, 2015
Pros: Fast Check-in. Friendly Staff. Nice rooms.
Cons: The food is absolutely terrible
I stayed at this hotel for 2 nights on my trip to Seattle. The location is close to airport and a massive shopping mall. The hotel looks nice from the outside and the staff are friendly. The rooms are nice enough. The food is absolutely terrible. Everything for breakfast are frozen food and processed products bought from a store. Nothing is made in the hotel kitchen, not even the boiled eggs! Even single star hotels have a better breakfast.

Booked the hotel because it was the only one available for the dates I required. Everything about the experience was just about a 3 on a sale of 5, 5 being the highest. It was inexpensive, and a place to sleep while I was travelling for training. Should I require another stay, I will be booking something different. It gets the job done, but I generally look for something nicer.
