Uncomfortable and loudPosted Feb 18, 2014
Went for anniversary weekend. The bed was uncomfortable and walls thin heard our neighbors . Lots of loud road noise

Disappointing and not what we expectedPosted Feb 3, 2014
Pros: Really, nothing
Cons: Needs major updating and staff who actually look like they want to work there.
Location: Convenient to Hwy 520 which took us to the Marymoor Park Soccer fields.
The building is older and dated looking with old elevators, drab hallways, the rooms feel drab and they use cheap mattresses. It's definitely not worth a penny more than the $89 Expedia price, if that. The room keys didn't work so we had to go back to the front desk (different building) and got a new set and they still didn't work. The front desk person used her "master" to open the room and said she'd see what was wrong with our cards. We waited a while, she never came back so we had to find her. Also disappointed with the continental breakfast - a lot of carbs - not much else. Walls are thin - could hear ), not good for much else.

Jacuzzi was under maintenance. Disappointing. Person above us loudly walked back and forth from bed to bathroom all night.

Pros: Location. Small size. Pancake House across the parking lot.
Good place to stay. Only issue is inconsistent internet access. They show 5 or 6 networks, none of which seemed to be able to hold a connection for more than a minute. That seemed strange.

Good option when staying in RedmondPosted Dec 9, 2013
Pros: Staff, convenience
Cons: Everything was okay
Location: Everything you could want to do is near by. Mall, shopping, dining, downtown.
The Redmond Inn is just fine when staying in Redmond. Access from the highway is easy, it is close to shopping and restaurants, and it is right on Redmond Way which leads to the downtown area. Breakfast was standard fare, and there is always hot coffee and tea in the lobby. Everything was clean. The amenities are not plush but quite frankly as good as I have at home. The TV worked, there were plenty of outlets, the temperature was easy to control, and we were very comfortable. Above all, the staff were as nice and helpful as any group of people I've ever dealt with. When returning to Redmond, I will definitely consider the Redmond Inn.

Everything Good But the BedPosted Dec 3, 2013
Pros: Good location. Next to a pancake house restaurant.
Cons: Better beds.
The room is roomy and clean. Continental breakfast was good. Make your own waffles and pancakes. Only thing that was bad was the bed. Needed to be replaced a long time ago. Room 213.
