Thank-you for your comments regarding your recent stay at our hotel. I definitely understand your position regarding the parking and the internet charges. The RTC Mall owns all of the parking structures in the area and they ticket any cars parked overnight. They extend a lower rate to our hotel guests wishing to utilize the parking garages. The hotel garage area only accomodates valet parking at a higher rate then the self parking rate. Again, thank-you for sharing your concerns.

Nice Hotel but additional costs are out of touch

Posted Aug 4, 2014
Pros: Location and cleanliness
Cons: Free Parking and Internet
Location: Quiet location and nice for a walk in the evenings.
Hotel is nice and clean, rooms were pleasing and although the view from the window was of a roof and AC units, its wasn't really an issue as I wasn't in the room for long. What is very poor is the ridiculous Self Park charges of $16 per night, when you have to park in a public car park opposite the hotel, with no direct access to the hotel. Also the Internet charges of $13 per night! this is criminal these days, I often stay in Hyatt hotels and they do not charge for in room Internet and its about time Marriott offered this facility for FREE!!

like flying discount airline

Pros: location
would prefer being charged upfront to being nickel and dimed at every turn. i.e. charges for local phone calls, internet access, parking, and more.

Cons: Cleanliness of Pool, especially in the summer months. Internet should be included in the hotel fare.
We didn't stay their much, but the hotel was very good, the staff was very friendly. The room service was very good as well. But the swimming pool was not clean.

Nice enough but not worth the extras.

Posted Jul 21, 2014
The room was clean and the staff was professional enough, but you have to pay extra for parking and internet in your room. This is a little town that closes down early, so paying for parking at larger city rates is silly. The light in our bathroom went out and I was told we probably blew a fuse with our hairdryer.....wasn't impressed, but it was clean.

Thank-you for taking the time to write a review for our property. We value your feedback. I apolagize that you experienced a problem with the bathroom lighting. I understand your concerns about paying for parking . The Redmond Town Center owns all of the parking garages in the area and offers a discounted overnight parking fee for our guests. Again, we appreciate your commnents.

Shopping center, good location

Posted Jul 21, 2014
Pros: The front staff and parking staff which helped with instructions.
Cons: Valet Parking pretty stiff when, of course you tip also.
Loved the front desk and car attendants..very helpful. Bar had mostly high stools, so went to restaurant for late night drink and snacks, not so welcoming staff in either of those. Not much selection. Overall good experience..would recommend...but pricey.

A good place to stay

Posted Jul 14, 2014
Pros: The staff
Cons: Make the TP dispenser visible.
Location: Tons of shopping
One weird thing...their toilet rolls are under the sink cabinet and not visible unless partially unrolled. I actually called the front desk. They sent a guy up with a roll of TP. He couldn't find the dispenser either. The hotel staff was very helpfull. The beds were comfortable if you like a soft bed.
