The hotel is nice, and the front desk staff is very kind, helpful, and professional. The 515-bar staff is a whole other story! I found them to be dismissive, rude, and quite arrogant. Our waiter seemed irritated that as customers, we actually wanted to be served and not in a snobby way. We were patient, courteous, and kind to him. Our drinks took forever to come, and we waited 45 minutes for our dinner, and it wasn't during peak time. Also, don't offer room service after hours if you have NOTHING to serve...LOL They stop serving alcohol at 11p. and if you wanted anything other than a salad or hummus after hours, you are screwed. OR perhaps bring your own snacks and beverages, which we would have done, had after-hours room service not been listed as an option.

I loved the location. Great and friendly staff. Easy to get to train station for local commute and walking distance to Pike. Breakfast buffet was delicious and bar was nice and chill. The rooms were clean and spacious. Overall great experience.

Overall nice hotel and in walking distance to a lot of things. They seemed understaffed though. The parking garage was full when we got there, even though we had paid in advance. They valeted our car for no extra charge, but it took a long time both dropping off and picking up. We ate at the restaurant, The Fig and Judge on Easter morning. We’d made a reservation, but they clearly weren’t expecting our group and the host/waiter (only one for the whole place) seemed overwhelmed anytime we needed anything (a glass of water, coffee, anything). I couldn’t recommend the restaurant as it was expensive and the service and quality didn’t match. It would be wonderful if they had free coffee or tea in the lobby in the morning, a lot of hotels offer that and it is such a nice touch.

Would recommend, parking can be hard during busy times unless you use valet. First come first serve on parking. Not sure why as a guest we have to pay. Loved the lobby and bar area. Plentiful space to just hang out instead of being in xour room.

Overall experience was pretty good. Location of the hotel was convenient as everything is walkable. Pike place market was like a 15 min downhill walk and from there can easily walk to waterfront. Going to the space needle was also walkable about 30mins or so but you pass by alot of shops so not too bad. The walk back was all uphill so make sure you have comfy shoes. Theres also tons of them uber scooters so can easily just hop on and zip back to the hotel. Only issue we had was parking.. we paid for the in and out parking service but on our way back in the evening the parking was full so there was a LONG que.. Though once we talked to front desk they gave us free valet service so in the end we still got what we paid for just had to wait a while which isnt as big of a deal. Still recommend the place and we will most likely come back next time.

Overall, a decent downtown hotel. The property was clean, the staff I interacted with were friendly enough and my room felt clean. Downsize is $50 a night for parking, painfully short staffed in the restaurant and lobby lounge. Would I stay again? Yes and no. Yes, because it's good enough. No if I found something cheaper and similar.

First thought of the place was this is really nice, was initially satisfied with my choice to stay here. Lobby was nice,clean and relaxing. For the price though i expected a lot more out of the room. Plain room, nothing fancy, qr code for roomservice didnt work, mini fridge didnt work and my pillow case has something on it resembling ear wax. Had to park 5 floors underground and paid 50 for the parking! Transportation was a nightmare and i felt unsafe having to walk a few blocks down hill, and it was a workout of a lifetime to get back up to the hotel. All in all, i would not stay here again. Just not worth the money.
