“Great rooftop bar!”

While we didn't spend much time in the room due to all the site-seeing, we loved coming back to the bar on the 28th floor for the great happy hour specials and drink prices. We had a great view of the library, and public transportation was only a couple blocks away. We could also walk down the piers for food, drinks, tours, and a spin on the Ferris wheel.

“Great Stay”

Hotel was great, the breakfast was a treat, and the dining room on the 28th floor had wonderful views and food. The hotel is located within walking distance to everything.

“Great downtown Seattle hotel”

Loved Kelly - she answered all of our questions and gave us a great upgrade for 20.00$. This hotel was very walker friendly - we walked to dinner and had after dinner drinks at the hotel. A great getaway.

“Great hotel for everyone.”

Overall, our hotel experience was excellent. All staff was friendly and courteous and very professional. We had a little confusion about housekeeping, but it was resolved immediately. By the time I had hung up with the front desk, there was a knock on my door! The rooms are beautiful, modern and very clean. The hotel is walking distance to shopping, dining, sightseeing and public transportation. I would definitely recommend this hotel to all my family and friends when they travel to Seattle.

“Would return to the hotel”

Loved the bed linens. The only criticism of the hotel is that it is on a hilly street. There are ways to avoid this street when returning to the hotel from the waterfront. Just ask at the desk. Staff was very helpful. Room was well-appointed.

“Great service”

The Downtown Airporter is a nightmare. It's the service you use to get from the airport to the hotel and the bus drivers are absolute idiots. When we finally did get to the hotel and relayed our story to the front desk, they upgraded our room and even found a room with two double beds as opposed to a single king. This did a lot to ease the pain. The concierge was also very helpful in helping us find good restaurants. I would highly recommend staying here.

“Coffee please?”

I enjoyed this hotel, but had a difficult time figuring out the bus system. We walked uphill everywhere. Issue with the hotel is no coffee in rooms. It comes with your wake up call, but if you don't call to schedule it, it doesn't come.
