This hotel was very clean and nice. Our room was very comfortable, dinner downstairs was yummy, and the pool, gym, and laundry facilities were nice. I would stay here again.

The front staff was very professional and nice ! Unfortunately, the other staffs ( room staffs or cleaning staffs) was not properly train. Example : they won't let guests to use the elevator first and they push their cart into the elevator and don't let the guests to use the elevator first !

The room was neat and clean. At check in the person at the front desk did not engage us. He had his ear bud in and seemed distracted. I had to go back down later to get ice because there are no ice machines for guests to use. I walked over to where he was getting the ice and it sounded like was talking to someone on his phone. The next morning breakfast service did not seem to be prepared for the number of guests in the building. They kept running out of the hot items and even ran out of bowls so they had to close down the cereal station. Throughout out stay the lounge/restaurant was not open. I even called around 11 on the 1st and asked if they would be open I was told not for lunch but they would open at 4. We had really hoped to stay in that night but the restaurant never did open. As we went by the desk I told the person at the front desk that I was disappointed the lounge had not been open for our entire stay. She said it had something to do with it being a holiday weekend but that she would tell her manager and have her get back to me. I never heard from anyone. There was also no information available about restaurants, transportation or activities near by.

Hidden $150 pet fee
They advertised this as pet friendly and then I get hit with a $150 pet fee at checkin. This was almost as much as the room rate was. Not happy! I called hotel and they just said that was their policy

Good afternoon, Providing outstanding hospitality is our number one priority so I'm very sorry to hear you were dissatisfied with your stay. As a pet friendly hotel, we do allow pets. Our pet fee is prominently listed on our website as well as being the first thing listed on the pet agreement that our guests if they have a pet with them. This fee is non-refundable and is required anytime a pet enters a room. I hope this provides some clarity. Safe travels.

The hotel indicated that they will do a light cleaning daily and full cleaning every 7 days! I stayed for 2 nights and expected to have the garbage empty and fresh towels after the first night. There were no signs of anyone enter the room. Nothing was done! I had to go down to the concierge to get new towels. If I’m paying for hotel price, I am expecting hotel services. I have been to different Marriott residence inn and their services were excellent. They cleaned my room eveyday and provided quality breakfast!

Most of everything was great, quiet, and clean. Room needs a more thorough cleaning dirt and dust accumulated in several areas. Other than that our stay was short and sweet. Thank You

There were no room safes. But the hotel did offer lock boxes at the reception desk. However, on two occasions they had difficulty locating the key.

The property was quite but we never got our room cleaned as scheduled. Breakfast was great each day just very busy the last half hour. Also the view was basically of tall weeds definitely not worth any extra cost.

Lost one night sleep
Note: Our first night was absolutely terrible we went to bed at 10:00PM however the family of 5 above us were children and parents. They were running and must of been jumping off the bed etc. Etc. We were not able to get to sleep until approximately 12:30 or 1:00 AM at ne point my wife did fall asleep but when someone must have jumped off the bed there was a very loud bang which caused her to jump up from her sleep. We talked to the deck clerk and he gave us. Another room.

The property was clean, the room was clean, but when we checked out, they said we have to pay even though we pre-paid. I want to go downstairs to the restaurant for happy hour and food, but the restaurant was closed. So the only alternative was to find a place to eat. The front desk gave us a list, but couldn’t direct us to anywhere was really inconvenient because we didn’t know where or what was around us or how close anything was
