Experience was great. Front desk staff was wonderful. Further out of the downtown Seattle/Bellevue area, but worth the drive for me. Have stayed here numerous times and would stay again!!

John, I am so happy that you were able to enjoy a comfortable clean night in Bothell! We pride ourselves on great service, and I am glad that the Front Desk was able to exemplify that. We hope to see you again soon!

plastic plates and small bedsPosted May 8, 2014 on Hotels.com
The beds we stayed in were more like a double than a queen. Although it was clean, And eating hot sausages off of plastic plates certainly spices up the food. Won't stay here again.

Trip to visit relativesPosted Apr 23, 2014
Pros: Breakfast. Breakfast. Breakfast.
Cons: Next time we will complain about the smell. We just didn't want to move to a new room.
Location: The nature park & walk way were great! We loved it.
Breakfast was excellent. Hotel staff were courteous and helpful. Room stay was marred by smell in the room. Don't know if it was new carpets or mold, but it didn't smell good. Both occupants have allergies and the smell made them worse.

Great place to stay after wine tastingPosted Apr 19, 2014 on Hotels.com
Perfect location, size and layout! Had a day of wine tasting with my daughters, dinner and booked the hotel so we didn't have to drive back to Seattle. Just a few miles from the Woodinville wine tasting districts and right off of 405. Super nice staff, immaculate, huge room with 2 bdr/baths and kitchen. There were 5 of us so plenty of room. Residence Inns are terrific and this one was excellent!

Quick overnight stopPosted Mar 24, 2014
Pros: Great and friendly staff. Breakfast was good. Having a full kitchen and two separate bathrooms and bedrooms was great in the 2 bedroom suite.
Location: Near Alderwood Mall (approx. 10 mins away).
Great experience. Mattress's were a bit hard and you couldn't open the fridge door fully because during the renovations the fridge door opening wasn't taken into account. Otherwise, it was a fresh and new looking suite with plenty of room.

Great home away from homePosted Feb 11, 2014
Nice layout, spacious, clean. This room would be great for extended stay, especially with the complimentary breakfast and dinner and the fact that the hotel will get groceries for you if you do not have time.

Clean campusPosted Jan 10, 2014
The facilities and room were very clean and updated. The breakfast was a good spread and the staff we're very helpful and courteous. I did have a rather busy person above me, and I heard movement upstairs late into the night. Other than that, I would stay there again.

Clean, comfortable, and quietPosted Dec 17, 2013 on Hotels.com
The very friendly greeting upon our arrival made for a great start to our evening out at local wineries. We took a cab ($18 but cheaper then a DUI) to the Warehouse district in Woodinville which is about 3 miles away. The Residence hotel is located in a nearby business district near a YMCA and a walking trail for anyone wanting that type of exercise. It is also about 4 blocks from the I-405. The room was very clean and the curtain on the shower looked new...as if they had just opened the package and put it up. The bed was firm but not too firm and had very nice pillows. There was also a kitchen in our unit. It was very busy in the morning when we went to eat breakfast in their dining area. There were so many people in the dining room we took our food back to our room. Considering how quiet our room was it was a surprise to have seen so many people in the dining room. The coffee was okay, the food was the usual (eggs, sausage, yogurt, etc) at hotels such as this but the potatoes were quite good. Check out was a breeze since we had booked and prepaid on line.
