“A very happy return coustomer !!!”

All of the staff are SUPERB !!! I would recommend staying here as I have twice and will everytime i'm in Seattle. The rooms are more like a small apartment and are nice and clean.My only complaint would be that the couch and end tables don't go together very well as it's hard to set a glass on the end table because the ends of the couch are so high.Also the rooms need a little updating. Having said that the staff make up for the small things. House keeping is wonderful,Breakfest is GREAT and the ladies that prepare the breakfest do a great job.Also the front desk people are second to nobody !!! To all of the staff thank you for making my vacation a GREAT ONE and I will see you the next time i'm in Seattle !!!

This hotel has to be one of the best that I have had the pleasure of staying at. The staff were wonderful and the rooms were clean and well supplied with the necessities you would need to cook for your family. I look forward to my next trip to the Seattle area, as I would like to be able to stay here again.

“Good value and coveniently located”

Hotel is a short ride from Seatac and close to shopping areas of Tukwila and about 20 minutes from dowtown Seattle. Studio Room was impecable and bed sheets and pillows extremely confortable! it had a nice fireplace,the colors and decoration with excellent taste made it really cozy and welcoming. Abundant supply of towels. They also took care of the dishes and pots. Wireless Internet connection. A convenience store is located right next door for those last minute I forgot items and the parking lot right in front of the buildings safe enough not to find surprises the next morning. Overall I recommend staying over at this hotel and would certainly stay again if visiting the area.

After a late arrival at Seatac Airport in the snow storm, Residence Inn had run its last pickup shuttle. They told me to take a taxi or shuttle and have the driver wait outside. They came out, welcomed me and paid the fare. The trail to my unit was a bit deep in snow, but it was worth the walk. Beautiful, comfortable, and fully equipped. It was a great place to stay. Expedia's rates made it very affordable too. They were also very willing to cancel and refund my full fare if planes made landing there impossible even at the last minute.

“Tukwila / Seattle convenient hotel”

The suite at the Residence is quite nice. I really liked the way the room was setup. The bed was a little on the hard side but I like hard beds anyway. I enjoyed sitting on the couch and watching movies on the TV. The breakfast bar in the morning was pretty good. I enjoyed the variety of breakfast foods. My biggest complaint was the poor wireless internet access. The hotel does not appear to own its own wireless access but there is a pay service that offers a free slow internet option but the reception from my room was terrible.

“Great place to stay”

This is a great place. Our suite had a beautiful kitchen and was very clean and comfortable. There was a cooked breakfast in the morning and a hospitality hour in the evening (basicly a complete dinner with a different theme each night) on Monday through Thursday. The hotel is very close to Southcenter Mall. It couldn't have been better.

We love this place. First the people really nice, the breakfast everyday different items and everything fresh and clean.the location is the best , fast food restaurant and gas station across the street . And the mall and movies and more restaurants is only 5 minutes.overall we love everything about it . We can't wait to go back.

“Friendly and clean”

A nice property that is close to the airport and shopping. Very friendly and polite staff. We only stayed for one night, and it was well worth the price. We were at the end of a two week vacation, and bought a lot more than we probably should have. So we had a lot more luggage that had to be taken to an upstairs unit. That was the only problem for us, and that is not a problem with the property or staff. I would highly recommend this property if you want to be near the airport, and especially if you want to get in some last minute shopping. Just don't buy too much if you are in an upstairs unit.
