expedia take this off your hotel list horrible

Pros: Jacuzzi Tub
Cons: Staff at front desk wasn't super frriendly. They took care ofbusiness but nothing extra.
Location: Close to where we were visiting and right on a main street
We were traveling with 3 high school boys...so the extra breakfast was a big deal.

Pros: no chance to check it out
Cons: Attitude, maybe a little "nice" tossed in.
Location: Excellent location, right by the airport.
I was not able to drive (snow), tried Amtrak and the train ended up being cancelled due to the snow. I tried to call to cancel the room. I was not expecting there to be a refund the same day, but was hoping, nonetheless. The clinic I was heading to (HS coaches) said no refund but gave me a free ticket for next year and apologized. The fellow at the hotel said. Who did you book through, I said Expedia, he said call them you can't talk to me. All I was looking for was Very sorry there isn't anything I can do. Why can't people in the service industry just be nice. Jeez

Bad experience

We took a deal at hotels.com to book a room with a queen size bed for me and my wife to catch an early flight next day. However, when we arrived for checking in, the motel charged us for $15 more for our reservation. Because it was late, we have no choice, but to pay. It was a very bad experience for using the hotels.com and this motel.

Inexpensive, but you get what you pay for

Pros: The price.
Cons: They didn't mention on their website that they charge over $7 to park each night of your stay.
Location: Near the airport with long term airport parking available.
The cost was fairly low so the room was definitely NOT luxurious. If you just need an inexpensive place to stay and don't have high expectations, this motel may serve your purposes. I would recommend it to my friends with the caveat that it IS very basic with no frills.
