Clean hotel. Limited parking.

Parking lot was cramped and limited but free and clean. Room was nice size for double bed. Staff was friendly and informative. Close to the UW hospital in the university district area.

Clean older hotel

Posted Feb 11, 2015
The hotel is older but clean smells a bit like like smoke on 1st floor but has an alright continental breakfast. The staff was very friendly and helpful, very close to U of W.

The hotel advertises itself as non smoking but the halls and rooms all smell of old cigarettes. As a non smoker this was very undesirable.

AC blew in my face

Posted Feb 2, 2015
AC blew in my face. No water pressure. Asked for a bottom floor. Didn't happen. Asked for a queen bed but had a double.

Run down, uncomfortable and overall terrible.

Posted Jan 26, 2015
I needed to stay two nights for a training I was attending at UW. This was the closest hotel that wasn't charging $150+ a night. I was better off paying the extra $75 a night because the room at this hotel was downright terrible. I didn't expect luxury but this wasn't even minimally comfortable. The room itself is very outdated and sterile. The bed was probably 20 years old and had a dip in the middle. The cable worked but the television was fuzzy so all I could do was listen to shows. The only nice thing about the room was the free wifi. I ended up forfeiting my second night and going home early because the thought of having to stay here two nights made me cringe. If you're in a tight spot and this is literally all you can afford in this area you're probably better off saving yourself $75 and sleeping in your car.

Not good!!

Posted Jan 23, 2015
Pros: Nothing!
Cons: The entire atmosphere! You could hear your neighbor and traffic. Beds. Bigger bath towels. A working fridge. Was afraid to try the microwave.
The hotel staff at check in made you feel like you were interrupting something. I didn't feel comfortable at start. Would have gone somewhere else if I could have gotten a refund. Won't stay there again.
