Excellent staff and Service, Poor Facility

Posted Jul 21, 2014
Pros: The staff and service
Cons: the building, the rooms, everything physically
This hotel has been updated but is still not competitive: very long in the tooth!

Nice beds and the right price

Posted May 27, 2014
Pros: Cost and convenience to Seattle
Cons: Naw, it was all fine.
Location: Close to Bellevue mall and the Bellevue Art museum.
We stayed a long weekend and this hotel is easy access to Seattle without the hyped up cost of Seattle and about 15 min to the city.. Beds were comfy and hotel was nice enough.

Close to the office and nice people

Posted Apr 9, 2014
Cons: Bathroom door was painted with glossy paint and then "fixed" with flat paint, hole at the bottom was just kind of patched.
Couldn't hear the people above or below me which is my favorite thing. The restaurant was good except for the eggs in the buffet. The bathroom door was crummy but other than that, the room was nice.

Good placement Hotel

Posted Apr 4, 2014
Pros: The staff; always smiling and helpful whenever you have a questions or a problem. The bed was also very comfortable as well.
Cons: The doors to the rooms. Just the gap caused a few sleepless nights in some previous stays.
Location: It's several blocks from Belleve Square, the shopping mall in area. It's right next to i-405 so easy to go to places wherever you want by car.
I have stayed at this hotel several times and the staff welcomes you warmly as soon as you walk through the front doors. Checking in is a breeze with no issues and they are very helpful explaining the hotels amenities to you. The only thing bad about the room is there is a lot of noise that happens around you, so if you are a light sleeper, this might not be the hotel for you. The A/C unit attached to the wall can get loud sometimes loud when it turns on. And depending on the room, some of the doors to the room has a 1 - 2 inch gap at the bottom so noise from the hallway can easily transpire in and sometimes it can drown out the sounds inside the room. On this trip upon arrival I had noticed that a school group had booked a stay at the hotel as well, and was worried about the noise due to the reason mentioned above. The staff automatically upgraded us to the club lounge floor of the hotel without me mentioning the school group concern. I was pleasantly surprised at this and very happy. Upon check out the staff would ask if we needed assistance in directions of where we want to go. We know the area very well so it usually is unnecessary. If you do, they have maps of the area with points of interest or they can look it up for you and then explain to full detail so you don't get lost on your way out.

Good Friendly Stay

Posted Mar 24, 2014
Pros: Allows pets Free parking Close to downtown attractions and highway access Friendly staff
Cons: They should provide free wireless internet for the rooms. Maybe a hot tube someday. Having complimentary continental breakfast would be great.
Location: Close tot he downtown shopping, good restaurants. Not too far from Bellevue Square. Nearby jogging trails at Mercer Slough.
Staff are very friendly and helpful and the hotel allows us to have our dog with us - which is one of the main reason we chose the hotel. The fitness facility is great but unfortunately there is no pool or hot tub. Room is clean. The location is close to the attractions in downtown Bellevue. Good stay-good price.

Long in the Tooth

Posted Mar 12, 2014
Pros: Friendly, helpful staff
The staff was great but the facility has seen better days. It would be fine at a $100 a night but not at over $200. Needs a make over.

Sheraton Bellevue

Posted Mar 4, 2014
Pros: see note above
Cons: see note above
Location: Was just in town for the night- is just few blocks to Wild Ginger restaurant- a plus
Staff was friendly overall but a bit preoccupied with multitasking at checkin. Everything was fine overall- I would say the best thing was the comfort of the bed/bedding- surprisingly good. The worst thing was the bathroom was a bit dated and the grout in the shower needed some work- however I would stay there again, especially for the rate I had.
