“Very satisfied”
very good
“beats downtown seattle prices and convenience”
if you are going to wamu theatre, seahawks game, or such in seattle, don't hesitate to stay here. traffic is not an issue, it's very easy to drive there, and bellevue is very peaceful. the hotel is wonderfully clean with very helpful and knowledgeable staff. the hotel restaurant is not your normal overpriced, little food place. it was delicious and more reasonably priced than nearby restaurants.
“Will book it again.”
The adjoining restaurant was very nice-good food and service. The rooms were large enough (felt more spacious than they really were). Checkin was smooth and quick. Internet center had 4 or 5 computers and a printer. The only downside was driving into it. You have to head north on 112th from a couple of blocks south in order to hit the driveway correctly. We did an illegal u-turn which accomplished the same thing! Have stayed previously and will stay again.
“Clean, Friendly and Helpful Staff”
I stayed here for business so I didn't require much. Although, Wi-Fi would have been nice. It's $11/day there, which is just too much for a couple hours in the evening. The room was clean and well-kept. The staff is very friendly and helpful. Location-wise, it's decent. Even though it's located right on 405, it's pretty quiet. It's a little difficult to get to the hotel from certain directions because it's near a "no U-turn" light where a U-turn is required to get to the parking lot. But, there are workarounds so it's not that big of a deal.

“Great service, great location, nice room”
The staff was excellent and helpful. The room was pretty small but I was staying by myself so it was okay. It was beautifully decorated and clean though you can tell it's an older hotel by the fixtures and a few other details. I was there on business in downtown Bellevue and the location is very convenient. I was able to walk from the hotel to the office building. The surrounding area is really nice and clean with lots of shops and restaurants within just a few blocks.
“Very impressed”
We needed a hotel so I booked it at the last minute.I knew nothing about this area as my husband and I are from Vancouver BC,and I need a place that was close to good shopping . loved the idea they had a shuttle that took us to all shopping malls close by so there was no need to worry about driving in an area I didnt know,The service from front desk, the shuttle driver, etc was top notch in my books and the mexican resturant right beside the hotel was great. It goes without saying I will definetly go back there on my next visit to Bellevue
“Meh”
Overall it was clean, comfortable, and quiet. I was startled at the cost to have a refrigerator in my room for my week-long stay. One of their two courtesy shuttles was apparently in the shop for a week, so getting a shuttle in a timely manner was a bit of a lottery (twice I had to wait over an hour). The air conditioning in the room was very poor, but the Starbucks coffee in the room was a nice touch.
“not impressed”
not what was represented for the quality of the facility.....cheap looking remodel in the room (pipes under the vanity in the bathroom were extremely visible coming out of the wall--tacky looking), the room was small and felt crowded, no chair (other than a desk chair) to sit in....had to sit on the bed to read or watch TV.....no happy hour as advertised, just a voucher for an appetizer across the driveway at their restaurant (happy hour was supposed to be in a private room on the 7th floor for those of us who paid extra for this option)....the employees were very nice, helpful and friendly..
“Met expectations”
Everything was good as expected.
