“A true gem in Seattle”

By, far the nicest, cleanest, friendly hotel I have stayed at in seattle. This hotel has now become my new favorite

Staff was friendly and helpful. Location was central and great for walking around Seattle downtown. Food was excellent in the resturant and the wait staff was top drawer.

Hotel is very convenient to everything downtown Seattle. We really like the club level rooms so we have access to the club level lounge where they offer breakfast every morning and appetizers in the evenings. The staff is very friendly and the beds are very clean and comfortable. The only downside I can see with this hotel is the $44/night valet parking charge - which is more than other hotels in the area.

Loved it. Great location...close to everything. Very clean and the staff was very helpful. Easy to find all the local hot spots. Close to good restuarants and shoping.

The hotel is across the street from the Convention Center and two blocks from the light rail system.

Dog friendly, great staff, great location for seeing downtown seattle. Large comfortable rooms.

“Great hotel”

This is a great hotel within close walking distance to public transportation, several shops and Pike Place Market. The fitness center is excellent and is in view of the pool on the 35th floor, with a nice view of the city. Rooms are clean and comfortable although the beds were a little soft for our liking.

Check in was fast and friendly. Hotel is beautiful and clean. Our room was nicely appointed, clean and very comfortable. We had a great view from the 23rd floor. Though the valet parking staff were very nice the cost was too high. If you can use another option for parking do so. The front desk staff is very knowledgeable as well as the concierge. My husband and I would definitely stay here again.

Great location, great service. Although I did. It have dinner there, but with the same price with the other hotels, this hotel provides more, like Internet
