Good for downtown shopping and trains

Posted Aug 28, 2014
Pros: Soft pillows.
Cons: Electrical outlets next to the bed for charging iPhones and iPads.
Good location, rooms were good. Didn't try the fitness room. Front desk staff was a little unhelpful, and I had to wait a long time for check in. Ate at the French restaurant associate with the hotel and was disappointed.

2 day stay as part of a road trip

Posted Aug 27, 2014
Pros: Cleanliness and high quality finish
Cons: Reduction in car parking costs in line with others in the immediate area of the hotel
Location: Pike Place Market is a 5 minute walk away (very convenient). Monorail station for the Seattle Space Needle is a 2 minute walk away.
The hotel room was excellent - very clean and nicely fitted out. Service from employees could have been better considering the price of the room but was generally OK. Both self parking and valet parking were offered (self at $32, valet at $46) and car parks were secure. The restaurant (Daily Bar & Grill) was good but better could be found outside the hotel. Check-in and out were pain free and efficient with free facilities to print out boarding passes and fee paying facilities for other printing and internet access. WiFi was a surcharge unless you signed up to their free reward scheme (SPG Rewards) - This was a slight annoyance as even the most basic Motel we stayed in provided free-of-charge WiFi as a matter of course.

Great Service and the Club Level was great!

Posted Aug 26, 2014
Pros: The Club Level experience and location
Cons: Cleaning of the doors in the bathroom
Location: Close to all of the shopping and other downtown attractions.
The Seattle Sheraton is close to everything downtown, with great service, nice rooms with great beds. The doors in the bath could have been a little cleaner. They were sticky and I'm sure haven't been wiped down in a while. Other than that the rooms were clean and the service in the Club was Excellent.

All is great except parking & check-in.

Posted Aug 26, 2014
We had a great stay, but I spent an inordinate amount of time looking for reasonable parking downtown. The Sheraton charges $46 per day plus tip for the valet. The front of the hotel was always total chaos with guests trying to drop off or pick up their vehicles. The staff was great, but the line to check in at 3:00 pm was at least an hour. We went to a movie and came back three hours later.

Great downtown location

Posted Aug 23, 2014
My daughter and I were very pleased with our stay at the Sheraton Seattle Hotel. A 10 minute cab ride to King Street Station, just 6 blocks to Pike Place Market and the waterfront and a few blocks to Pioneer Square made it a great location for our 2 night stay. Would love to stay again!

Hotel was great, however parking is aweful and it's nearly 50 dollars per night for valet!

Parking and hot tub.

Posted Aug 21, 2014
Pros: This hotels location was wonderful. The property is very classy and huge.
Cons: hot tub .
Location: This location is within walking distance to shopping, great restaurants, the pikes market, space needle and lake union.
We loved the beautiful hotel. We splurged staying here and our only disappointments were the parking should be included in the price of the hotel stay. Add the 46 dollars to the price so people really know what it costs to stay. Also the hotel had a fitness and pool area which was beautiful on the 35th floor but no hot tub. They also don't provide any coffee or breakfast without more money.

Good hotel in a great location

Posted Aug 20, 2014
Pros: Location was great.
Cons: Cleanliness of pool area also no shower provided in changing room.
Location: Few blocks away from main attractions.
Overall good hotel in a great location. Parts of the hotel are a bit dated but the rooms were ok. Slight issue with the room when we first checked in as the bed was not properly made but rectified quickly.
