Great location

I enjoyed my stay here. The staff was very friendly. I was disappointed that there was no continental breakfast or hot tub.

Close to everything downtown. Great work out room

Posted Jul 2, 2015
Pros: location. LOVED the fact that they provided bottled water each day. What a healthy, considerate gesture!
Cons: more contemporary.
Location: Convention center, great restaurants and Space Needle
Great location. Love the work out facilities and the pool. Rooms could be updated a little in terms of docor

Bad sleep, woken up early.

Pros: Great location - Right near the convention center and within walking distance of pike place markets.
Cons: Fix the air conditioning.. IT'S SUMMER! Don't wake your guests up early.
Location: nicely placed down town. Great for business travelers. Not THE greatest for tourists as you're a little far from the space needle area.
I'm from Canada. My partner and I enjoy sleeping on cooler temperatures . The hotel room was BOILING all the time. The room had an air conditioning unit that we set on a REALLY low temperature of 16 degrees Celsius and max fan speed with the intention of bringing down the heat.. we left it on this setting for three days and there was next to no change.. every morning I woke up with the blankets on the floor covered in sweat and incredibly thirsty for water. The first morning I was awoken by the alarm clock going off at 6 AM probably as a prank from a previous guest.. please reset your alarm clocks. I was on vacation to sleep in and relax not wake up at 6. But hey, after I turned off that alarm there was ANOTHER ONE at 6:30AM! Not fun. That clock was unplugged and left unplugged for the rest of the trip. When we first checked in we were asked if we would like room service. We said no as privacy is nice for a relatively short stay.. They then asked when room service could come in on the last day in order to not disturb us. We said at our check out time of noon as we would be in the room till then. Room service showed up at 09:00AM.. We were out very late the night before and were YET AGAIN woken up early. So Every single day the temperature was incredibly high in the room despite our efforts and 2/3 days we were woken up early.. what a shame for a luxury hotel.. what a waste of money.

It's a nice hotel with excellent downtown location. However, I didn't appreciate $50 per day parking fee. Also, I asked for a later check out but they refused. They said they were booked and couldn't let me stay over the 12pm checkout time. I think they should provide WiFi in the room and not just in the media center.

Nice location

Nice two night stay. Beds were comfortable and location was great. Be aware of parking. $50 a night is worth it as other hotels in the area charge about the same.

great location but the pool is way too small.

Posted Jun 29, 2015
Cons: Pool should be expanded into an olympic sized pool to better match the number of guests. More staff hired to handle phone calls to the front desk.
Location: Walk to neighborhoods like Queen Anne. Bike around the city.
Had an enjoyable stay for a few days in June. The hotel is centrally located, clean and modern. It gets pretty busy and one day when I had put the "do not disturb" sign on the door I couldn't get anyone on the phone to come and clean the room because when I called the front desk it just kept ringing. Also the pool is very small and not a resort pool at all. Usually full of kids...
