The parking is too expensive at 40 dlls per night The other thing is the breakfast was nearly the same every day . We stayed 5 nights and would like to eat at least 2 different kind of food

The location was perfect for our needs. It was a 3 minute walk from our destination. Staff was friendly. Check in was simple and parking was convenient. Our room was larger than expected with a nice layout.

The breakfast staff targeted and singled us out being very rude and ruined our stay. They changed our mind and we checked out right away. We did not feel safe or welcomed at this hotel another day with those staff. The manager on call that day witnessed and agreed we were mistreated. They included a note in our reservation and gave us names of all the rude staff members. Our families and little kids left breakfast and checked out.

I’ve had better experiences when checking-in. Took a while to find me in the computer system and they didn’t say anything to me while looking. No smile. No greeting. They just started their shift.

Very comfortable hotel. Only downside is if you get a room on the side of the freeway you are right above 1-5. They do provide sound machines in the room, but you may want to request a room on the other side of the hallway if you are a light sleeper.

The parking situation is not good. $40 to park in a tight and unsafe parking garage. This location is not in the safest part of town in my opinion. Room smelled musty and was not extremely clean. Tried to find ice and there wasn't any. The breakfast was good and the staff was helpful but not overly welcoming.

When I checked in, we were given a room on the 2nd floor because they said the elevators were out of service so we only had the stairs. When we got to the room, everything seemed clean until I checked the toilet. When I opened it, there was feces that was unflushed. I called reception right away and they asked us to move to another room on the 9th floor. By this time, one elevator was working. Deeply disgusted that I had to see all that mess in the washroom. The cleaning staff needs to do better. The front desk staff apologized but I don't think ill be back here.

Breakfast every morning was great except one morning they didn’t have breakfast because something broke in kitchen and there wasn’t an alternative offered. TV in room was small. No lotion offered in bathroom amenities. Pillows were absolutely horrible and towels were dingy. Shower leaked water.

The breakfasts were excellent first thing in the morning. Rooms were very clean and spacious with many pleasing amenaties. Would be nice to have a place in the SpringHill for family members under 21 years of age to eat dinner. Only place available to eat was the bar in the Hotel, so your dinner had to be eaten in your room.

Great Time!
Hotel was fantastic. Breakfast, excellent layout. Our room was clean and perfect! Found them very roomy. Every thing was fantastic. Front desk, friendly, nice, and funny! Excellent front desk staff! By far one of our favourites. We will be back for sure! But, if I had to point only one issue. The bartender in the hotel, he needs some work on friendliness! Very grumpy. Found him rude. But will not affect us on not coming back. We will be, just won’t go to the bar!

I would definitely stay here again. The rooms were quiet, the beds very comfortable, the breakfasts great. The location is very convenient for walking to the Pike Market, Convention Center, Capital Hill restaurants, the Space Needle, many museums and parks.

The Springhill Downtown is 7 miles from the pier and about 10 minutes to the Space Needle and you can get transportation with competitive rates to different places with the wonderful driver, Henoch. We enjoyed everyone at the Springhill from booking to driving us around and the breakfast was wonderful, also. 1314 Howell St, Seattle, WA 98101
