El Gaucho - Award-winning steakhouse with hip ambience. 28-day, dry-aged Certified Angus Prime Beef grilled over hot coals in exhibition kitchen. Menu highlights include Chateaubriand for Two, carved tableside; "Flaming Sword" Brochette of Tenderloin; Hazelnut-Crusted Rack of Lamb; Tableside Caesar Salad.
