Will be my go-to-place-stayPosted Jul 18, 2014
Love the microwave and popcorn. It was nice to get free parking and free water. Beds plush and comfortable. Close to Seattle Center and beats all the other area Hotels. Got a great price at Expedia.

Wish we could have stayed longerPosted Jul 1, 2014
Pros: The beds were extremely comfortable! The rooms were well-appointed with everything we needed. Easy check-in and check-out. Great staff.
Cons: The towels could have been of better quality, but that was minor. They were adequate.
Location: We walked to Pike Market, Space Needle, restaurant area. Excellent location. Hotel also has a shuttle if you don't want to walk.
We were a family of fourteen (including three toddlers) that flew into Seattle for one night only before embarking on a cruise. The Maxwell was perfect. Great location, very comfortable rooms, and the staff was very helpful and accommodating.

Highly recommended, excellent hotel!!Posted Jun 28, 2014
I was very happy staying here for 4 nights during June 2014 and I would be more then happy to come back again. The hotel has a great first impression. It was clean, spacious, comfortable and modern. Provided are the usual amenities (fridge, microwave, flat screen) plus little extras like in room coffee machine, bottled waters, microwave popcorn & fast in room wifi. This hotel also has a Pool and gym that are open late. Everyday at 3pm complimentary Starbucks coffee and tasty mini cupcakes are available in the lobby. The hotel provides free shuttle buses to and from most sightseeing spots around Seattle which will save you the hassle and cost of buses/taxis, the drivers are so friendly and very polite. The shuttles are really easy to arrange and at most I waited was 30mins until the next shuttle left, if you don't want to take a shuttle you can use the hotels (free) yellow bicycles. Hotel Location is pretty good, if you want to walk it's about 10mins to the space needle and EMP museum. Overall highly rated and recommended for all. ✔️

Nice hotel near Space NeedlePosted Jun 22, 2014
The hotel is a few blocks away from the Space Needle and the monorail (which takes you downtown). The area around it varies in quality. The room was clean and modern. There is a restaurant entrance in the hotel. The beds were somewhat soft, but were clean. The staff was nice, and helpful. There is a nice place for breakfast 3 blocks east, Citizen.

Family week in SeattlePosted Jun 15, 2014
Cons: It wasn't clear if the items in the room were included in the room cost or if those would be charged extra. That would be helpful.
Location: Tons to do nearby. Great restaurants in upper Queen Anne. The hotel staff had great recommendations!
The hotel was perfect. It was in a GREAT central location without being "too" downtown. It was a 5 minute walk to the Seattle Center and the monorail downtown. There were great places to eat within walking distance and the staff knew all the best restaurants in town. The room and entire hotel were spotlessly clean and everything felt fresh and new. I loved the hard surface flooring in the rooms as carpet in hotels gives us the creeps!! The staff was super friendly and helpful and the free shuttle was awesome, although they couldn't always pick us up when we needed a lift due to the ball games, etc. The gated parking was a huge plus. I would highly recommend this hotel and will certainly make this my first pick on my next trip to Seattle.
