ダウンタウンに近く観光に便利で安全なホテル

Posted Jun 14, 2015
細やかな対応にも丁寧に、迅速に対押してくれました。ホテルの部屋も広々としていて清潔です。ホテル内に飲料や軽食販売がないので、お水などはお持ち込みをお勧めします。

Nice, comfortable room

Posted May 26, 2015
I really enjoyed my stay. Very comfortable room, very nice staff, easy check in and check out, and helpful concierge who got me a taxi when I needed one. I'll be staying here again!

Pros: Good location . Close to shopping malls in downtown area and restaurants .
Cons: Speed in fixing the rooms . Improve rooms fixing .
Location: Good location and walking distance from main downtown attractions .
Hotel was full and to very busy on the weekend of my stay. It seemed to be understaffed to fix the rooms.

Great location, great hotel

Posted May 22, 2015
Pros: Everything mentioned above.
Cons: Inform guests of the weird elevator thing where you have to use your card to get above floor 2. I thought I was stuck on the elevator.
Location: Pike Place Market is a few blocks away, as is Capitol Hill (hit Elliott Bay Books for sure) and the convention center. Tons of restaurants and stores
We looked and looked for a reasonably priced hotel for a weekend stay in downtown Seattle and finally found the Roosevelt. It turned out to be great on all counts. Perfect location (7th and Pine), friendly staff (especially Eric, the concierge), and we had a huge corner room with a king bed, huge TV, desk and a comfy sectional sofa. It was great!

Nice economical older hotel

Posted May 21, 2015
Pros: It was inexpensive yet very nice. Great downtown location which was handy and safe.
Cons: I missed having a mini-bar.
Location: It is a block from the Convention Center, in the downtown shopping area.
There one night on a business trip. I saved $100 compared to the other downtown Seattle hotels. My room was old but clean and attractive.

Great location, thin walls

Posted May 20, 2015
The hotel is in a great location in downtown Seattle. But the walls are paper thin. We could hear the phone conversation next door word for word, and the porn they were watching. Plus everything going on in the bathrooms around us. Needed earplugs.

Visiting from Florida

Posted May 14, 2015
They would not include a refrigerator as promised when our reservation was made. Every day they charged $190 for incidentals! We are college students with a budget for our vacation. Their rediculous policy about the extra $190 each day ruined our trip. No toilet paper and did a very poor job cleaning our room. The hotel was in the perfect location but we were very unhappy staying there

Excellent location but room was quite small for the price paid.
