Room very small for the cost.

Posted Jul 22, 2014
When I called to get information, no one answered the phone. Just not a place I would ever return to. I'm not sure I even got the suite I paid for.

Good hotel in a convenient location

Posted Jul 20, 2014
Pros: Staff was very polite and helpful. Rooms were clean and comfortable.
Cons: The only complaint I would make is that the elevators are slow. But it's an old hotel so the charm makes up for the slight delay.
Location: Walking distance to shopping and the Market. Also can walk to the Needle but it's also only a couple of blocks to the monorail and light rail.
We stayed here for a night at each end of our cruise to Alaska and had a great time. It was close enough to all of the tourist attractions that we could walk but was just far enough away that it wasn't loud. When we got to the hotel after our cruise we got there at 10am but were able to check in right away which was great because we had decided to walk from the boat to the hotel and it was a trip ;) The staff was also able to get us a last minute early morning ride to the hotel when our plans changed and we got an earlier flight out. And the concierge was able to help us with a later in the night ice cream craving and even called ahead to make sure it would be open when we got there, the recommendation was excellent!

Nice hotel in downtown Seattle

Posted Jul 14, 2014
Pros: Convenience and location
Cons: Could be nicer and have more elevators
Location: Great. IN heart of downtown.
Very close to the convention center. It is within walking distance to all of Seattle's main attractions and many fantastic restaurants.

Enjoyable Stay

Posted Jun 4, 2014
Pros: Location
Location: Pike Street Market, Monorail to Space Needle, bus to Chinatown, and Streetcar to other locates all within a short walk.
Fresh off the Cruise ship, we arrived at the Roosevelt 7 hours before check-in. The hotel gladly stored our luggage, so we could immediately begin our Seattle self-excursion. Noli was extremely helpful in highlighting our map with points of interest and transportation choices. After a long day of sightseeing and eating, it was nice to come back to a quiet and comfortable room to relax and fall asleep. The front desk even arranged a town car transfer to the Airport. Same price as a taxi., but a lot nicer.

Vintage charm and great location

Posted May 17, 2014
Pros: The location made it easy to get around. Plenty of shopping and places to eat nearby.
Cons: No on-demand movies available. You could make the parking free. There's no onsite cafe or room service
Location: Monorail to Seattle Center is near. Shopping @ Pacific Place mall. Pike market, aquarium and Art Museum are not far.
Centrally located and well maintained. Plenty of non-valet parking if you prefer it. I walked to the monorail (which goes to Seattle Center /EMP) Its a fairly easy walk to Pike Place. Waterfront and Art Museum. Room was not huge but nice enough.
