We loved our stay here! The beds were a dream, the pool was clean, and the lounge and dining were wonderful. The staff were all so helpful and kind. It is a close walk to the light rail station as well. We would stay here again!

The good: updated rooms, very clean, and close to Pike Market/Monorail. The not so good: Very poor communication regarding the facilities. The pool was closed without any notice given until check-in. Worse than that, three of the four elevators were out of service for a 40 plus story tower, again without notice! We found ourselves camping on the 37th floor outside the elevator waiting for at least half an hour. This hotel was advertised as family friendly but I do not know why. Lastly, parking was $55 daily, again not mentioned anywhere on the Expedia page. Buyer beware when you are dealing with Expedia; who knows what they are not telling you!

Positives: Excellent customer service from front desk and lounge staff. Great location for walking to the Public Market. Negatives: Parking extremely expensive. I understand that Seattle has a plethora of public transportation, however, we traveled outside the area and opted to rent a car. Could not change the temperature in the room. Stayed at 67 degrees the entire length of our stay despite attempts to increase the heat. Beds were very uncomfortable.

Very underwhelmed by The Westin Seattle. Our luggage took 20 minutes to be delivered to our room, there were very few bathroom amenities offered, and the lack of a fridge was puzzling, given the restaurant and bar downstairs. Additionally, one might expect a $50 room service delivery to be nicer than a paper bag delivery with only one set of plastic utensils (even though it was said that two people would be dining) and almost one month expired orange juice (Tropicana bottle) and apple juice with no ice or cup. Also, no phone guide for how to reach the front desk, no personal bottles of wine allowed at the restaurant (even for a corkage fee), and very non-immediate valet service. Disappointed because of the amount of money spent and the advertising of the hotel suggested better quality than what was received. The ice machines were also not working on our floor. It just felt like a lack of attention and/or staffing.
