“Great Hotel”

The hotel was wonderful, all of the staff are wonderful, great hotel, just need to clean the bathroom vent on the ceiling.

“Don't let the industrial location scare you away.”

We checked in late, and a room was ready for us right away. They honored our request of having it away from the elevators and the ice machines. The front desk service was always friendly and professional. The room was clean, functional, but sparse. The property has been renovated, but you can tell that some of the cupboards, etc are older fixtures. Nevertheless, we had a very comfortable stay. The parking was plentiful, and the continental breakfast was good and filling. I liked that they had fresh fruit salads! The hotel is in an industrial area, but stores and fast food restaurants are only a 5-10 mins drive away. Southcenter Shopping Center is a 10 mins drive away. It is close to the 405 and I-5. Because it is in an industrial area, it is very quiet at night-great for sleeping soundly! All in all, we would stay at this place again in the future.

“Great hotel, decent kitchen”

Good pick for a hotel room equipped with a kitchen. Is very close to major freeways as well as the airport.

4 of us stayed at this hotel and we enjoyed it very much. It had it's own kitchen, living room and 2 bedrooms with a hideaway bed. I would stay here again.

“Better for longer stays”

My wife and I prefer the other Suites hotel located right next door, operated by the same Co. for shorter stays. This one did have a kitchenette if you are staying longer.

It is really nice having a separate bedroom so some of us can stay up without disturbing the others.

“Great hotel for airport and price”

Check-in went very smoothly, the room was very nice, and reasonably priced. We only stayed here one night to catch an early flight, and the drive to the airport was very fast and convenient. We would definitely stay here again on a more extended trip. The hallway on the first floor smelled a little funny, but we were on the fourth floor, where both the hall and the room were clean and smelled fine.

This is our 2nd stay at TownePlace Suites in South Renton. It is conveniently located and offers all the amenities one would want. We used the location as a homebase when traveling to and visiting the spectacular surrouding areas. It was wonderful to be able to come back to such quiet and inviting rooms.
