“Comfortable and homey”

We have stayed at the Townplace before and enjoy its set-up. It is comfortable and in a quiet area, but still near many restaurants and shopping. Only draw back is some noise with slamming doors, but the heavy doors keep the rest of the minimal noise out!

“I'll definitely be back”

This was a fabulous hotel for the price we paid. The room was spacious, comfortable, and private and had many amenities. The whole hotel had a really nice feel to it--almost more like a condo complex than a traditional hotel. It is centrally located but quiet. The staff was friendly and helpful. The only thing I would change would be to have a better breakfast, but with your own kitchen in the room, you can just make your own.

“All that I needed”

The hotel was more than adequate for my needs. It is surrounded by numerous restaurants and shops. The staff were knowledgable about the area. Complimentary breakfast was more varied than many I've experienced.

What a find! Definitely come here again....free parking, free breakfast, free Wifi...great room set up!

“Cottage Feel”

This hotel has a great location--close enough to Southcenter and Seattle to be quite convenient, but away from the busy feel of other airport locations. I would definitely go back here again.

“home away from home”

When you can impress my husband with a hotel room, then you have a great room. The room was like a mini apartment and we loved every inch. The service, complimentary breakfast, cleanliness, decor, and ammenities were just fabulous for such a great price! We want to go back just to relax, sit by the lounge fire, and enjoy the atmosphere of the hotel.

“Would like to return with our bikes.”

Good location to many features, but not in crowded area. Some adjoining room noise. Comfortable and clean. A little crowded at breakfast. Overall a good bargin for the price.

Nice newer hotel, great staff, will take you anywhere near the hotel. Room was grat also, roomy with a kitchen.

This was a very nice room for the price. The breakfast was very plain, but adequate. Good location behind near a large mall yet far enough away not to hear the traffic. Good value for the money. Will stay again.

It was an older hotel but nice. Very convenient for getting to & from the airport.
