Great place!

Posted Jun 30, 2014
Pros: Pretty much everything.
Cons: Condensation fan in bathroom could have been better. Small issue.
Location: Location is very close to downtown Seattle and the Space Needle. Trader Joe's grocery just three blocks walking distance which is nice! g-
What I really liked about this place: AC worked well and was quiet, bed was comfortable, water pressure in shower was great, very clean all around, and window that actually opened was nice. Also, there were no additional charges for the water bottles in room or coffee AND- FREE breakfast for everyone in our family, not just two like a lot of other hotels. g-

Near UW

Posted Jun 15, 2014
Location: UW is near by.
Hotel has been remodeled and in good condition, but rooms are average. Rates are a bit spending for value received.

Convenient for UW and good value

Posted Jun 10, 2014
Helpful staff and very convenient for visiting our son at UW. Free courtesy bus to town easy to use. Buffet breakfast nothing special but certainly acceptable. If you want something more special go out the front door and turn left to the boutique coffee shop down the street. Room comfortable and clean although bathroom plumbing noisy - basically all the bathrooms are vertically above each other so when someone has a shower in the early morning you hear the pipework through the wall. Didn't bother us too much as we are early risers but may offend those who want to sleep in. We'd stay again if in Seattle.

Nice hotel close to UW.

Posted Jun 7, 2014
Pros: Staff and location. Free parking.
Cons: Comfort of mattress.
Location: There is a really cool garden shop next door to the parking lot which is well worth exploring, especially for anyone into urban chicken farming.
We have stayed here before. We wanted to be close to UW Medical Center. Comfortable stay with friendly, helpful staff. Free parking and they allowed to leave our car in the parking lot as we walked to UWMC the next day. Buffet breakfast reasonably good. Bed not the most comfortable. Overall, pretty decent place to stay in this part of Seattle.
