"Nice business or vacationer hotel in Seattle"
I have now stayed here several times for business and I would recommend this hotel. It is clean, the rooms are good sized and I have ordered room service as well and that was decent and came quickly. I stay here every time I go to Seattle on business which is frequently.

Downtown location. Walking distance to Pikes place Market. Staff went the extra mile to help with every request. After reading an extremely critical review I was hesitant to book at the Warwick. I am happy I did!

"Mother/Daughter trip"
Staff was incredibly helpful. Locations was excellent. My daughter and I walked to Pike Place Market for breakfast and dinner with friends in a few minutes. We arrived on the Metro Link, just a short walk from SeaTac. Issaya, door man was a jewel and very helpful. Lots of little touches made the stay excellent like:warm robes in the closet, warm cider in the lobby, keurig for individual coffee or tea, lemon water in the work out room, cc captioning on the treadmills, nice tooth brush replacement for my daughter, nice toiletries in bathroom, quick response in cleaning our room. Business center was in a corner, everything needed but not very private since on the stair well.

    Where to stay in Seattle

    Seattle Hotel Guide

Seattle, Washington offers a little bit of something for everyone. From the famous fishmongers down at the Pike Place Market to the towering Seattle Space Needle, Emerald City doesn’t disappoint. Book your flight to Seattle right here with Expedia.com to get your adventure started today.

    Hotels

In downtown, you’ll find Seattle hotels conveniently located near Pike Place Market and other major attractions, such as the Seattle Art Museum, Seattle Aquarium, and Waterfront Park. Meanwhile, there are a variety of hotels in Seattle, located in areas such as Capitol Hill, that are best suited for those who want to stay in a neighborhood with a livelier nightlife. Alternatively, if you’re vacationing with children, stay at one of the accommodations in Lower Queen Anne, since kid-friendly attractions like the Seattle Space Needle, EMP Museum, and Pacific Science Center, are all within walking distance.

    Transportation

While the Greater Seattle area itself is expansive, Seattle itself isn’t too big that you can’t easily walk much of it. If you’re staying at a downtown Seattle hotel, you’ll be within a few blocks of the Seattle Aquarium, Pike Place Market, and the waterfront, and a five to ten-minute cab ride from Seattle Center and the Seattle Space Needle.

It’s also easy to get around using public transportation. The Central Link light rail, which connects downtown Seattle and the airport, makes several stops downtown, including South of Downtown (SoDo), Chinatown, and Westlake. Rather than having to pay every time you ride, consider getting an ORCA pass at one of the downtown stations, which you can also use on any of the buses.

If you plan on visiting some of the outer lying neighborhoods in and around Seattle, such as Bellevue or Kirkland, a rental car can come in handy. Most Seattle hotels offer self or valet parking, but note that most of downtown and its nearby neighborhoods are metered parking.

    Weather

If there’s one thing that can be unpredictable in Seattle, it’s the weather. No matter the season, what starts as a clear, sunny day, could end with clouds and rain. When going out for the day in Seattle, be it winter or summer, at the minimum have a waterproof jacket with a hood. Most locals will tell you that that’s all you need, since Seattle doesn’t see too many downpours. You’re not likely to see any snow on your trip, save for the snow atop the peaks surrounding Seattle.

Leave your flip flops and open-toed shoes at home for a trip to Seattle, partly because of the climate, but mainly because it’s such a great walking city. However, while Seattle is a waterfront city, many of the streets in downtown have steep hills, requiring good footwear. If a downpour does suddenly occur, consider popping into the downtown Seattle Transit Tunnel, which makes multiple stops between South of Downtown and Westlake Center.

Rain or shine, you’re guaranteed to have an unforgettable Seattle vacation. Browse our selection of cheap deals on Seattle hotels, rental cars, and flights to kick start your romp in the Pacific Northwest.
