Got off to a rough start with some noise issues which were not the fault of the hotel. This was resolved quickly and painlessly. If you appreciate the kind of service that feels really genuine and not forced, as with so many others, you will love this place. One of the best service experiences I have had anywhere, check in, check out, doormen, all fantastic. This hotel and the staff absolutely deserve the no. 1 in Seattle ranking.

From the moment we arrived we were greeted and treated like honored guests. The facility felt so warm and welcoming. The staff was kind and courteous and extended every hospitality. Our room was simply breath-taking. Can't wait to go back!

"Wonderful experience-very pleased with the quality"
Staff was especially welcoming. We were upgraded to a suite overlooking the water for our four night stay. Glad to have the extra space for our stay. Very comfortable bed and loved the thick towels. Location was perfect for visiting downtown Seattle and Mt Ranier.
We enjoyed going into downtown Kirkland for dinner when we chose to not eat on the property .

Really nice hotel, liked the modern decor and it was clean. Had a really nice cocktail bar attached and being above a Whole Foods was great! We had breakfast there two mornings which was very convenient and inexpensive. Although the hotel was not in the heart of downtown it really wasn't that far to walk anywhere and we walked to the football game, to the Space Needle and to Pikes Market. When heading out of Whole Foods walk down to the right and you will find a few more nice restaurants too. I wish the hotel was a little more informative as to what to do and where to go to eat but we figured it out cuz it was all really close. We would stay there again because it was a little calmer being out a little farther from the main downtown.

The Staff where all excellent from the restaurant steward in your upper dining room who was very engaging and who's conversation certainly added to our meal experience, to a young hostess who saw me reading the history of the hotel downstairs and stopped to ask where I was from and again took the time to chat, very friendly.
We didn't have time to enjoy your fitness area but we did look in and the attendant was very pleasant, she showed us quickly what she could as we where in street clothes and shoes.
We where missing a face cloth in the washroom somehow but with a call to services we had one delivered in less than five minutes.
There was one young lady that received us at check in who seemed a little less engaged at the reception desk, she was by no means rude or unpleasant, she only really stood out because everyone else was so welcoming and couldn't seem to do enough for us.
Your hotel was meant as a little treat for us along our travels and our room and most certainly your staff didn't disappoint. Thank You

My wife and I took our 17mo son there as the second try of our post-baby-travel-era. We visited Vancouver BC, Canada when my son was 9 month old and stayed at Grand Hyatt and the experience was so bad.
However this time in Salish Lodge the whole experience was surprisingly positive. The staffs are welcoming, the room is gorgeous, the location is great and my son loves it. Within 3 minutes walk you can get the fabulous view of the Snoqualmie Fall. Within 5 minutes drive, you can either get to the old town of Fall city or the new town center of Snoqualmie city. There're quite some good restaurants.
The room of the hotel is clean and well maintained. The default background music welcomes us into the room and the jetted tub is well maintained. We had a problem with the mobile crib and they sent in a technician in 5 minutes and problem solved. I wish I could book a room with river view or garden access but even without those I feel happy with my stay.
