horrible service

We stayed over a week and when I asked for maid service to get our sheets changed and more towels we did not receive them I even stripped the bed for them. They never showed so I had to remake the bed with the dirty sheets we got locked out of our room multiple times and had to get our room keys reset the staff is all family and we over heard them yelling at each other we only stayed here because we were low on funds and they were cheap and the breakfast they offer does not have many choices either cereal, waffles or mini muffins and you are not allowed to take anything back to your room

El servicio del que esta en la recepción, el sr. Hamsa,es excelente, muy amable y nos ayudó mucho en la estancia, pero las condiciones del hotel es que esta un poco viejo, las habitaciones también antiguas. Esta limpio pero podría ser mas moderno.

the land of the magical singing toilet

When we booked this through hotels.com we were told it was a very sought after hotel. When we got there we found it was a very old, cheap, run down motel. The lock didn't work properly so it always took us about 20 minutes to get in. The toilet squealed for about 2 minutes every time we flushed. We found hair pins and pennies in the carpet and the place smelled strongly of disinfectant when we first arrived. There was a whole pizza, fries, and various other meal components smeared into the sidewalk as the check-in clerk read a book with earphones in, about 2 feet away from the mess. When I locked the door with the deadbolt my husband laughed and said "what's that going to do?!! Do you know how many times that thing has been kicked in? Look at it!" Our main source of humor came from laughing about the musical toilet and how we were risking our lives by being there. Fun, but I don't recommend it!

Exterior looks aged, rooms are being remodeled. Basic motel worth what they charge, especially if you have a pet.

Unplugged

Hotel is getting older. Door handle only worked by pulling up. Alarm clock didn't work plugged in to 2 outlets on the 6-way, but worked in the office. Found one wall lamp unplugged.

Okay if your just going to sleep

It wasn't that clean even after maid service. I would take a shower walk to the bed and literally see brown dirt on my feet with that very short distance. If your just staying there to sleep then it is fine but if you like enjoying your room I would say go somewhere else

Front desk (including manager) is very very RUDE.

This is the worst hotel (especially service) in my life. (I am traveling over 120 days / year) The manager in front desk is very very rude. We will never book this hotel again. Also, the area is not safe. If you are thinking to book this hotel, I recommend Quality Inn or Days inn. Price is almost same. There are much better hotels in this area. Don't stay in this hotel.

The property is in need of upkeep and a good clean. The room was not very clean, although the bed was comfortable. I didn't feel like taking off my socks, if that is any indication. I would not stay here again and would not recommend it to anyone else. The breakfast was mediocre.
