Relaxing and Refreshing Visit to San FranciscoPosted Dec 4, 2013
Pros: Easy access to highway. Not a grand hotel but very clean. The breakfast was wonderful and the server had a great smile each morning I came in.
Cons: Pool should be open later hours for adults that have a late evening.
Location: napa valley and Sonoma the coast.
First visit for my husband and I. Not really a wine drinker but had a great time going to the local vineyards and driving up the coast. Initially our intention was to spend more time in San Fran but loved all the local shopping, restaurants and sites even got a tattoo in downtown Sebastopol. Great area for access to coast, napa valley and Sonoma. Met some wonderful people had a great time. Look forward to returning again and staying at the same location.

Room very noisy!,Posted Nov 15, 2013
Pros: Pros: great staff and the lady in the breakfast room is really nice. Breakfast is great! hotel and rooms are very clean.
Cons: I would give 5 stars to this hotel if they insulate rooms for noise. Call somebody to check the AC outside the rooms, to reduce noise.
Location: Armstrong Woods Park, Luther Burbank Station, Bodega Bay, Santa Rosa, Russian River/Guerneville
Cons: We had a room on the third floor and the AC/ventilation on the hallway was extremely noisy. The noise in the room was so loud that it was like sleeping in an airplane. We called reception at night and the guy agreed it was very noisy inside our room but all he said to us was "sorry" and walked away. We slept with ear plugs. Also walls are very thin and we could hear our drunk neighbors who at certain point started talking to us thru the wall and inviting us with booze and beer. Of course, we didn't talk with them and since it was morning, we asked for a change in rooms and the new room in the lower level was much better sound wise. My advice: check the room noise level before accepting the room.

Great Value, location and accomodationPosted Sep 5, 2013 on Hotels.com
In a word Excellent. Everything worked out just fine and the location and convenience for the wine country and many great restaurants. The publicity photo showing the Fairfield on a main highway does not do the hotel justice. Dont let this put you off. Proximity to this road does not affect the hotel at all.

The rooms were spotlessly clean and fresh, the staff very helpful with questions on how to get to different places. Very nice, food excellent.

Excellent hotel - great servicePosted Aug 17, 2013 on Hotels.com
Very comfortable stay - Really nice rooms and pool. Big breakfast. Gym a bit small and location is a mile from downtown though there are some shops and a good Mexican restaurant nearby.

Great go-between locationPosted Aug 11, 2013 on Hotels.com
I reserved this hotel as a between hotel from San Francisco on the way to the Redwood National Park. What a great experience. It was a nice room for the rate and very well kept. Location was exactly what I was looking for. It gave us enough time to not rush to our next destination and we even were able to go to the Schultz Museum on the way up.
