Pros: Tucked away from main roads, but with great access. Beautiful scenery.
Cons: Get out the dust cloth.
Beautiful surroundings, great breakfasts, nice room. Seems particularly well-suited to those who like to hike or bicycle. Away from the more highly commercial areas of Sedona. But. . .guests should be aware that unlike chain hotels there is no management onsite after hours. No in-room phones. And while the accommodations were attractive on the whole, there was a thin layer of dust on furniture that was unexpected.

Red Rocks VacationPosted Oct 6, 2013
Since the US Government shutdown the Grand Canyon, my wife and I decided to stay in Sedona. I was able to find this fine place on my iPhone search and completed the reservation on my iPhone. The property was beautiful with the gardens and the views of the Red Rocks. The breakfast was fantastic....

What a beautiful B&B.Posted Aug 26, 2013 on Hotels.com
What a cool B&B. We checked in late and they made it easy for us to get in and find our room. It was an old cozy and romantic feel. They provided a great breakfast. Wish we had more time to stay.

This is No HotelPosted Aug 12, 2013
Pros: The room and the common area were clean.
Cons: Maintenance of the pool and the hot tub should be hot.
We were very disappointed in our stay at the Adobe Graham Village. This was no hotel , but a B&B that is lacking maintenance of the dirty pool and hot tub that was never hot. The bedding in the Tumbleweed Room should have been thrown out several years ago, a lumpy, sagging old mattress. And, this being a B&B there are no other rooms available. My back was happy we stayed just 2 nights. In addition, the resident owners didn't associate with the guests, plus, seemed annoyed to be serving breakfast which was included with the stay. The 3 course gourmet breakfast was a bean/ rice burrito with a cup of fruit and a slice of spice cake, maybe gourmet to them, but far from gourmet. Also the grand view was blocked by housing and the pictures on the web site seem to from down the road, in the street.
