Lovely grounds, beautiful room, great food,.Posted Jul 17, 2014
Pros: Beautiful grounds! Accommodating staff! Lovely room! Comfortable beds! Good air conditioning! Excellent food! Great location!
Cons: The water temperature in the sink and shower never really got hot enough. Plus the hot tub wasn't hot either.
Location: If you want a tour with info about about vortexes, ley lines, and other more "new age" stuff, don't go with Pink Jeep.
Vacationing with my 2 teenage grandchildren and we all loved this place! Beautiful room overlooking the pool. Also a very nice spa, with excellent yoga classes.Great Location.

Amazing grounds and servicePosted Jul 13, 2014
The gorgeous courtyard and beautiful pool with a view were the highlight of our 2 week trip to Arizona. The hotel was luxurious with top notch service while still being relaxed and friendly.

Beautiful location, close to all amenities.Posted Jul 9, 2014
Shuttle service was great to avoid traffic and parking. Would like a coffee service in room...empty pot in the lobby made for a desperate search for caffeine on a Monday morning!!

Outstanding customer service & super dog friendlyPosted Jul 7, 2014
Pros: The view, the customer service and the dog friendly atmosphere.
Location: Right in the middle of all the shops and restaurants. The airport vortex is ten minutes away.
First: the location is perfect. Smack dab in the middle of all the action, but you would never know it. It's steps from the creek, too. The public spaces are well organized and the view of the mountain is breathtaking. Second: the customer service is outstanding. Everyone there seems to be genuinely concerned that you have a comfortable stay. From the valet to the bar tenders, every one was friendly and courteous and not once seemed put out. I would particularly like to thank the Jen and Leah at the front desk who took care of a problem which was by no means the fault of the hotel and even followed up with a nice cheese plate to ease any discomfort we might have had. I tend to stay at very high end hotels and, even without the aforementioned cheese plate thoughtfulness, I would say the customer service here is at the five star level. Third: unfortunately, if you don't like dogs, this isn't the place for you. If you do, it's doggy heaven. There were a lot of dogs there, but they were well behaved. They don't make you feel like your pet is unwelcome. No long forms, restrictions about where your dog is allowed (outside of the indoor restaurant, of course) or obscene charges or deposits. My dog wasn't forbidden to be on the bed and there are a couple of small areas available for her to do her duty. And it's right by the creek. Perfect. Fourth: and this is the cherry on top, there is an on site spa. Both my partner and I agree that our therapists were top notch

Pros: Recently remodelled and beautiful inside and out. Staff at door and desk were superb. Pool and courtyard view was breathtaking! Very Zen!

We were in Sedona for 2 days and loved the hotel! The front door staff and front desk staff were the friendliest people I have probably encountered at a hotel! Everything was just beautiful! The area was perfect for shopping, tours, eats/drinks within a walking distance. There was a free shuttle provided by the hotel within 1 mile that would get you to many many places.

Out Second VisitPosted Jun 30, 2014
Pros: Friendly and attentive staff.
Cons: Since one pays a $20/day "resort fee" -- believe they should keep the hot tub and pool open past 10 pm - especially for adults . . . . .
Location: Steep walk to Uptown's shopping, and next door to that Frenchie-place for Creek-side dining.
This was our second stay -- nice place -- close to Uptown shopping --- taking a steep up-hill walk.

Very comfortable and clean rooms, the shower was great. Friendly staff. Great food. You can walk to the shops and restaurants and if you get tired you can call their concierge service and they will come for you.
