Not impressed

Posted Apr 15, 2014
Pros: The spa was great after a long hike
Cons: Coffee for two available in the room.
There was a single service coffee maker in the room, with one packet of coffee, and one of decaf. The room had two beds so I do not understand why there was not coffee for two provided. I also found the person at the desk to be rather unhelpful when I asked a question about the ice machine.

Nice basic hotel on the southern edge of Sedona.

Posted Apr 13, 2014
Pros: Rooms were basic but had some nice touches, like the USB charger built into the wall between the beds.
Cons: If you're a big breakfast fan, this may disappoint a little, because the eggs were powered, not fresh. The rest of the spread was fine.
Location: Sedona is easy to get around in, so plenty nearby. This being toward the edge of town in West Sedona meant light traffic.
Terrific friendly and helpful staff. Helped arrange a tour and massage sessions for us.

Basic, clean

Posted Mar 24, 2014
Served it's purpose. The rate of 150 was a bit much for what was slightly better than a motel. Beds could have been better, but over all pleasant if all you want is a place to lay your head and it was very clean. Centrally located and convenient.

Great for Sedona Marathon participants

Posted Feb 3, 2014
Pros: Nice, big, clean rooms.
Cons: We didn't stay long enough…just one night and out the next morning.
Location: Great restaurants near by.
The manager was very helpful to provide a longer stay due to the race. So we could take a shower after racing. We will be back next year.

Good location

This is an older facility which has been updated, but the mattress was very hard. We were on the second floor so had to drag our luggage up the exterior stairs to a room with no view in Sedona!

I book this hotel through Expedia, so the hotel's staff told me the balance was $0 when I checked out, but the charge $81 was show on my credit card statement, I called them for reson of charge, they told me will refund the amount to me, but I didn't get any refund until now ( it had been two weeks ago)

Too far from downtown action, had to use car.

Posted Jan 4, 2014
Hotel maids barely made beds and didnt refill paper supplies so we had to take ourselves off their cleaning cart. First 2 nights were quiet, 3rd night had people next door that continuously slammed their door until about midnight. Also Expedia or hotel charged extra $75.00 for 3 person in room even though I requested 2 queen beds which typically means 4 people will be in room. I think this was unfair and was not disclosed until I received bill from Expedia!
