“Room needed updating”
Front staff trys to sell you on timeshare presentation and is pushy
“changes in our eperience.”
first time great: this time not so great. slow checkin and disoriganization at the front desk. Did not like the rustic decore of the room, appeared shabby, floor soft in spots and creaky. HOWEVER, the pillows were horrible, sore neck and back for days, overstuff and hard, unable to get comfortable. will bring my own if I return.
“Very nice and affordable place near Sedona”
Clean, comfortable, has kitchennet, close to Bell Rock, restaurants, stores in Oak Creek; 5 miles to Sedona downtown.
“The only place I stay in, while vacationing in Sedona.”
I travel to Sedona each year during the Fall to hike in the wonderful red rock area. This hotel is my primary choice because it offers the following - well kept grounds, rooms with a full kitchen, attentive and helpful staff, and each room has it's own fireplace and living room area. When I return to Sedona, visiting Bell Rock Inn is like coming back to my 2nd home. My only complaint this year was with the "Concierge" who asked too personal questions, in an attempt to sell me a vacation package. However, the direct hotel service staff were excellent - friendly, warm, respectful, and took even the smallest request seriously. Thanks guys!
“Comfortable hotel and nice location”
We only stayed one night but it was comfortable and clean. It had a microwave, fridge and a great view. It's only 10 minutes from downtown Sedona and down the street from the outlets. Will stay there again.
“Great place and a great price”
We loved this place! We stayed in a deluxe room with a full kitchen. We made dinner every night. The kitchen had everything we needed. The room was very clean and well decorated. We even had our own balcony. My only complaints are that the couch bed wasn't that comfy and that it was a little far from downtown Sedona. Overall a great place to stay at a very reasonable price. We would totally stay here again.
“Great place to stay”
Beautiful, clean room with a fireplace and a massive pool. Would definitely stay again.
“Very nice hotel; great customer service.”
We stayed in a studio and it had a fireplace! The king bed was very comfortable and the pool and jacuzzi area were also nice. They asked about a timeshare presentation when we arrived but they were very courteous and not at all pushy. We had breakfast at the Blue Moon across the street and received a discount through the hotel. Food was good. We loved Sedona and this hotel is about 15 minutes from downtown Sedona.
“It's really a timeshare condo.”
The bed and pillows and linens are wonderful. It has a full furnished kitchen, living room, 2 bathrooms and a fireplace...and stairs. Be aware that this is being converted to a timeshare and they will try to get you to a presentation. Also, it is in the Village of Oak Creek several miles south of Sedona. A very nice community with good restaurants on its own. We enjoyed staying here and the views are awesome! A great place at a bargain price.
“Okay if you get a good deal”
We found this place during a great sale. It was worth that much, but not much more. Everything was very clean and well kept, and the bed was comfortable. However the rooms are badly in need of a renovation. The floors are vinyl tile even in the bedroom. Like I said it is a good value for the price we paid, but I would never pay the normal amount for this hotel. There are many other nice hotels that are worth that higher amount of money in Sedona.
