hotel is clean. partial view of red rock depending on room location. Quiet area but far from "main" downtown Sedona. Beautiful drive if you continue to Sedona. Hotel has "older furniture" but fine/comfortable with kitchen area and outdoor seating,

Everything we needed was provided in the room.Posted Mar 3, 2015
Pros: The hotel was clean and convenient.
Cons: I didn't understand the resort fee, when we did not swim or use the spa.
Location: The location was fairly close to Sedona. Food and shopping was close by. The scenery was breathtaking. The layout of the hotel was very adequate.
We enjoyed our stay. Everyone was very nice. The weather wasn't great, so we didn't get to enjoy the pool and spa. The exercise room was good. The location was convenient. We appreciated the convenient layout of the room, with bed, couch, kitchen large T.V. , clean bathroom.

Wont be backPosted Feb 26, 2015
Pros: It was clean.
Cons: The entire facility needs to be updated. Staff needs to receive customer service training.
The property is run down and is in terrible need of updating. The hallways had an odor and the room conditions were below average. I received a confirmation call after booking the room and the agent asked if I wanted to listen to their time share presentation. I responded with no. I was asked again when I go to the hotel. The front desk staff were polite, but acted like robots. I went to the front desk the 2nd day of my stay to report the A/C was not working. The Rep. behind the desk saw me, left her desk to get check in paperwork and came back to her desk. She clearly had no idea who I was and didn't bother to ask. She just assumed I was a new guest checking in. We will not stay at this facility again.

Sales pitchPosted Feb 25, 2015
One of the most interesting things about our stay was relaxing by the well-kept pool and listening to many of the other guests grouse about the concierge's hard-sell technique of trying to talk you into buying time shares in Sedona. Three times -- in our 4-day stay -- we were promised a free dinner, three free nights at the place, a free sightseeing trip, all if my wife and I would sit through a 90-minute presentation. The first time we were asked, I politely declined. By the third sales pitch, I got nasty: The female concierge wouldn't take no for an answer. Otherwise, the Bell Rock Inn was a fantastic stay and I would recommend it to anyone who nhas the ability to say "No!" and not feel guilty about it.

Nice locationPosted Feb 23, 2015
Pros: The location.
Cons: Not sure how they could solve the problem of squeaky upstairs floor but it was very annoying when staying on the first floor.
Location: We were close to several hiking trails in the Bell Rock area. It was a short distance to several cultural locations.
The hotel was located a short distance from town so there was no traffic to deal with. We were close to several hiking trails. The staff was excellent and pleasant to deal with. When we had a problem it was dealt with very quickly. The only drawbacks was when they had us on the first floor the people above us were walking very loudly til after midnight. Staff changed us to a new room next morning. Also this is a time share resort so beware of the concierge because they are quite persistent but will take "not interested" as a response. We would defintely stay there again because it was clean, mostly quiet and the very nice staff.

Comfortable hotel, close to restaurants, stores,Posted Feb 9, 2015
Pros: The location, the size of the rooms, the price, the friendliness of the staff.f
Location: Close to Sedona downtown, a good home base for touring the Grand Canyon, Flagstaff, Jerome, in general the north of Az.
We were comfortable, well received, close to all amenities in Sedona. We were staying for 3 nights, with friends, we travelled about the North Arizona area, knowing we had a home base at the Bell Rock Inn. We were treated with respect, & made to feel at home.
