“Best place in Cottonwood”

Have stayed here numerous times while visiting the local wineries. A bit pricey, considering the small size of the town, but beds/pillows are comfortable, staff was friendly, and continental breakfast was more than you get at most places. Like that Old Town Cottonwood is opening more shops. Hotel is convenient to many locations, and is much cheaper than Sedona.

“"The employees at this hotel are Jewels"”

The employees at this hotel are jewels. They went above and beyond the call of duty. The room and hotel were clean and the breakfast was okay. What really put this hotel on the top of the list was the friendliness and helpfulness of the staff. Every encounter with an employee was wonderful. Area recommendations

Definitely check out Sedona! Check out the Pink Jeep's Wine Tour. I don't drink but my friend does and they had beverages for non drinkers and food at the winery. In addition to visiting the winery you also get a nice tour around the area and you get to watch the sunset in this beautiful location surrounded by mountains!

“great az stay”

The Best Western Cottonwood was a great place to stay nice and quiet to rest after a busy day of sightseeing also had the best free breakfast we have had. And all at a great price. We would stay here again if we come back to this area

“No internet, grubby bathtub, no customer service.”

Room was fairly nice (good for the price), but there was no internet (was TRYING to work while traveling) the bathtub was dirty, and when I tried (repeatedly) to call the front desk they would pick up the phone and hang up. I had to call the regular number from my cell to get someone to answer the phone. At the end of my stay there was no reciept, so I had to go back to expedia and print my itinerary in order to be reimbursed by my employer. Take my advice, spen the extra 30 bucks and stay somewhere in sedona...this place was a dissapointment.
