Good hotel if you are in the area.

Other than the difficulty of making the reservation, everything was fine. We tried to reserve a room when we were there to meet with the convention director and were told no rooms were available. As we were checking in someone walked up and got a room with no prior reservation for that day. Confusing.

nice bed

Posted Aug 15, 2012
Pros: nice bed
Cons: air conditioner LOUD
Location: good
The room was nice, no frig. that would have been nice, bed was comfortable.....the air conditioner was loud and made it hard to hear tv and woke us up during the night needs updating. Mentioned it to check out person and they said it was an old hotel. I said its time to do some updates. Otherwise it was quite, but don't plan on staying there again.

Pros: Bowling alley
Cons: U have to drive up to Casino & bowling alley, hotel & casino are separate building
Location: LA, California
Pool was easy access in the patio, food in the casino were great & reasonable price. Most of all, the hotel is a block away from Sonic fastfood. :) Great for family stay.

Clean, but otherwise not outstanding

Posted Jun 6, 2012
We had a hard time finding the hotel. We found the casino, but didn't realize at first that the hotel was in a different building. Then we couldn't get clear directions from the staff for how to get to the hotel, and the shuttles they directed us to were deserted with no staff around. Also, the pool was locked and inaccessible, which was a bit disappointing since the weather was so hot. The beds were clean and reasonably comfortable, and the bathroom was clean but the shower-head was missing a piece and so couldn't be adjusted. There was indeed a private patio of sorts, as advertised, but the only thing we could see from it was the side of a building.

Friendly Staff

The staff was friendly and the service was prompt. The room was clean and the bed comfortable. Walls are thin so conversations and snoring can be heard through the walls. Overall a good bargain and convenient to the Sedona area.

Nice hotel

Posted Mar 27, 2012
Pros: Good location not very far from the freeway and the rate of the hotel was reasonable.
Cons: I have nothing to say at this time.
Location: Very good location close to freeway.
Very close to the casino and didn't have to drive. Took the shuttle and it runs 24/7. The food was great at the restaurant and great service. I will stay there when traveling.

A night at the casino

Posted Jan 10, 2012
went for a night at the casino. All the staff were friendly and helpful. Some my have difficulty getting to the casino, it's a little walk, but there is a shuttle bus. An easy walk for those that can.

Uncomfortable

Posted Aug 15, 2011
The beds are hard and the pillows are plastic so your head sweats all night. When we brought it to the hotels attention all they said was they were new beds. You could feel the springs. I am not saying they are not new but the were cheap cause they are the worst quality. I usually stay at the days inn down the street so I guess thats where I will continue to stay especially since it is cheaper.
