“Horrible Service”

We waited over 25 minutes for check-in/registration because the 1 employee who was scheduled to work Labor Day weekend had been trained on the computer for only one day! Poor thing had no clue. Finally another employee arrived, then a supervisor who knew what she was doing. The line of people waiting was 6 deep! The free breakfast was a joke, again completely unprepared for Labor Day weekend. They ran out of food! I would not stay at the Comfort Inn ever again!

“bad customer service”

Hotel charged my account after I paid you. Called today early and no manager called me back. Customer service does not exist here!

“OK motel near freeway”

OK hotel. Location next to freeway for good access. Furnishings old and worn, but mattress was good. Room was non-smoking, but hallways obviously were not.

“Good room, price and breakfast. :)”

Decent room, good breakfast for the price. Very pleasant and helpful desk clerk. :)

Great place to visit Sedona and surrounding area from and you won't be charged an arm and a leg for your stay. :)

“Very nice for the price.”

Breakfast room was small for the size of the motel. We were pleased with the staff and the rooms seemed to be very nice for the price. Would stay there again.

“Nice for Neighborhood”

The hotel was very nice for the area it is located. The area is located in a very small town. But they had a free breakfast as a surprise. Very nice. They could have used a bellhop.

“Nice, clean, affordable room”

My family of four really enjoyed our one-night stay at this hotel. The room was clean, and the beds were very comfortable. The hot tub was a happy surprise. The breakfast was great - fresh fruit, hot coffee, made-to-order waffles and many items to toast.

Traveler's tip
This is a great place to stay if you are visiting Sedona, and are then going up to Grand Canyon. We had a great meal at Oaxaca in Sedona.

“Good value”

The hotel was very nice for the money. Rooms clean, pool was a little cold but not awful. The continental breakfast left something to be desired but then most of them do.
