Nice hotel south of Sedona

Posted Apr 24, 2015
Beautiful large King Room. Poster bed with quality memory foam mattress. Quiet, clean, gas fireplace, microwave, refrigerator, jetted tub, double shower, granite counters. Close to grocery store. View of red rocks, chairs on balcony outside room. Would definitely stay again. Had Rm #409.

Very adequate motel, not too far from Sedona

Posted Apr 21, 2015
Location: Highly recommend the Catherdral Rock hike. It is strenuous at times, but not scary like some people have posted. Restaurant across the street, good!
Nice staff, quiet, comfortable room. Pool was closed which was too bad, but other than that everything was good. It is about a 15-20 minutes drive to Sedona proper. Oak Creek is an area with plenty of restaurants, etc., but not the charm of Sedona. It is close to some great hikes, and for us it was very convenient, and the price was very good. Next time might choose to stay in Sedona, with a room that looks at all that amazing scenery

Not what expected

Posted Apr 21, 2015
Pros: The mattress was fantastic!
Cons: The noise level in the downstairs rooms. The amenities could be better. Extra blanket in the room. Better pillows!
The management was helpful. The room was SO NOISY! We were downstairs and could hear every step upstairs... starting at 6:00 both mornings. Forget sleeping in! And there is one window that faces the parking lot. No view whatsoever.

Location: We liked that the hotel was 10-15 minutes away from the busyness of uptown Sedona. The Red Rock Cafe is next store

A Clean, Comfortable Place to Stay

Posted Apr 3, 2015
Pros: Location and comfort.
Cons: The wi-fi was flaky and slow; I had to sign into it multiple times during the course of an hour.
Location: It's near Sedona; there are Red Rocks and trails a mile away, and lots more nearby. We took a Grand Canyon tour, too; I wish I'd had more time!
Pros: Comfortable, spacious rooms in good working order. Great location, with the Bell Rock trailhead just a mile away. VERY comfortable beds and great showers. Convenient to breakfast (Red Rock Cafe next door) and a few nearby lunch/dinner options. Sedona proper is a 10-20 minute drive depending on traffic. Cons: Office only open 7:30am-10pm. Wi-Fi was unreliable and slow. We decided to stay a third night once we arrived; they'd sold out of the "fireplace rooms" we'd reserved through Expedia, so we had to move to a standard King room, which was a little smaller but more than big enough for two of us.

The owner went out of his way to accommodate us at the last minute due to a miss booking.

Pros: Cleanliness
Cons: Although the location is close to uptown Sedona, the road is only a two lane and traffic can get backed up at times.
Location: So many things to do in Sedona. Pink jeep tours wonderful
Room was very clean and comfortable. Within walking distance of store so we had breakfast in our room each day. Microwave and refrig in each room

We rented 2 rooms while traveling. One of the rooms A/C quit working. The breakfast wasn't worth advertising as a breakfast, we ended up going out for breakfast. A/C in other room was noisy and a couple of the lights in the rooms weren't working.
