Enchantment resort did not disappoint. The location is breathtaking and convenience to hiking trails is excellent. Our only compliant was the service at the restaurants - it was extremely slow. The food at the more formal option was not good. The spa is incredible.

Wonderful place. Great service-staff. Only major problem was the pool was closed (under construction) and no notification existed until we were there; we probably would have stayed somewhere else due to that. Also, the dining rooms are stunning, but the bar areas have little to no view or ambience. Also, they were severely understaffed the day we ate in.

Everything was 5 stars all the way , expect the super, super, super borderline ripoff to expensive prices on all 3 restaurants, it's a slap to all the guests faces. Stay at this place but do NOT eat here everything will always be over $100 , including $12 potato chips ?! At the market. The owners/ managers do not care as there are over 425 reviews negative reviews like mine regarding the over charging of the prices for food here

The property was beautiful. I really liked that it was outside the hustle and bustle that is now Sedona. We enjoyed a lovely dinner at the restaurant. We also enjoyed the hike that we could take right from the property. The one downside was we stayed in a casita which is connected to guests on both sides of us. The last night that we were there, we had guests right next to us. We could literally hear their conversations the entire time they were in the room, and I am sure they could hear our conversations also. The company needs to do a better job sound proofing those rooms when they are not looking to adjoin them for privacy purposes. Other than that, we really enjoyed our stay.

To start, the resort property embedded in the red rocks and Boynton Canyon is STUNNING. This is what you are paying for. Staff overall are quite friendly and pleasant. Access to the hot tub and pickle ball/ping pong/ corn hole was all great but I have two main critiques that take away from my experience. 1) for the money paid, there is actually VERY LITTLE included in the package. Not one breakfast muffin not one smoothie, not one welcome cocktail. There were a couple of experiences available free (e.g., stargazing which lasts 10 minutes, meditation) but most classes/experiences have a cost. Dance, stretching, yoga- $35 per class. Cost for tours were exorbitant so you may want to consider the off-resort options. We have spent time at other resorts and this one was the most bare bones AND then most expensive. It was hard not to feel nickel and dimed. But it was beautiful! 2) We made a few calls to the front, concierge, guest services and service took a very long time for some of these and some calls went unanswered or calls went unreturned if we left voicemail. Again, though the staff were quite friendly, the responsiveness did not match the amount paid

We absolutely loved our stay at Enchantment. The staff were very warm and inviting. Our accommodations were heavenly and all of the restaurants on property were incredible. There are free roaming deer and javolina on property along with great hiking trails a short walk from your room. We will certainly be back again soon.

Enchantment Resort is magically located in the Sedona red rocks . Because I have restricted mobility we were not able to make use of the resort’s many amenities. The good in each of the two main restaurants was very good. My only complaint is that we took a day trip to the Grand Canyon that I thought was a bit expensive; however I did not ask ahead of time and probably would have accepted anyway.

Enchantment resort is an amazing oasis in the heart of Sedona. Surrounded by the majestic beauty of Boynton Canyon. The spa at Mii’amo is comparable to the wellness hotel concept in Europe, albeit separated by gender. We greatly enjoyed the meditation in the grotto. The food and staff are amazing. Winter in Sedona is remarkable nothing like hiking with the red rocks dusted in snow. The only thing I would change is that I wish we could have stayed longer! We will be back. Highly recommend.

Very nice property and grounds. The newly renovated Mii Amo that is accessible for Enchantment guests is fabulous and the red rock scenery was tough to beat. Room is starting to show a bit of age though as there are minor paint chips on the tub and plastic light switch that is slightly dislodged from its normal position. My issue was that I was in one of the casitas that had an external hvacs attached outside but close to the bed inside. These hvacs are making loud noises at night and it happened almost every night which made it really hard for me to sleep. Called front desk but they're a bit hit or miss. The first time they fixed it immediately. The second time they didn't dispatch anyone and only after repeated calls they managed to fix it. So it's a bit frustrating especially given the amount I paid for the room, I expected a higher standard and better service.

Extremely expensive but service lacks.
The location of this hotel is amazing with fabulous, close-up views of the beautiful red rocks. However, there were several things that were disappointing and/or annoying. The service in the restaurant was horrible - it took over 45 minutes to get appetizers, breakfast, etc. - likely due to staffing issues. However, for the exorbitant prices they charge to eat there, the service should be top notch. Additionally, the main pool was closed for a scheduled reconstruction, but nobody told us until we got there. The other small adult pool was lacking in service and amenities. Our room had a door that connected it to a larger unit, but didn't have enough soundproofing. We could clearly hear the other party laughing and talking! And the room decor was "tired", in need of an upgrade. On a positive note, the bellmen who pick you up to take you around the resort were very pleasant and prompt. This is a very expensive hotel that doesn't not offer first class service. There are other ways to enjoy the beautiful Sedona scenery.

Enchantment was a fantastic experience. The accommodations and surrounding landscape of Boynton Canyon is amazing. This resort is perfect for both adventure lovers and those who seek relaxation and peace and quiet. Incredible hiking and biking opportunities right from the resort. The only aspect we found not to be amazing was the food. We ate at Tii Gavo the first night and was not impressed (maybe ordered wrong :). Ate lunch the next day at Hummingbirds which was good. All very expensive so ended up canceling our reservation at Che Ah Chi. I cannot say enough about the resort's large staff. Everyone, and I mean everyone was so friendly, happy, and willing to do whatever they could to accommodate guests.

As we drove into the resort, we were greeted by the gate man. He did not welcome us. Instead he said why are you here? As if we weren’t good enough to stay there. The bed was worn out with a big dip in the center. I couldn’t believe it. They charge extra for EVERYTHING. Can’t even have a free cup of coffee in the morning. The one restaurant we ate at was less than average. The surroundings were absolutely beautiful. The best part was the drive to the resort from Sedona.
