We had an Excellent Stay! The staff is top notch!

Pros: Location is central. Staff is wonderful. Rooms are clean & comfy. Breakfast was excellent. Lots of great restaurants nearby.
Cons: It would be nice to have a smoking area outside that is comfortable & safe. The bench that is provided is rickety & location annoys shuttle people.
From check in to check out, everything was really nice! The staff is great, cheerful, focused & very helpful. The rooms were super clean & very comfortable. Complimentary breakfast was delicious. Better than any other "free" breakfast....ever. We will be back. Thank You.

Hotel staff stated they didn't like Expedia, said they never heard of tours we had already booked, didn't know the restaurants we had asked about so we went to what they recommended and the next day found out the restaurant was right down the street. Our tour was great even though they didn't recommend it. Very disappointed for the hotel room for what we paid. Carpet was very stained, we always stay in Hampton Inn and this one was very overpriced for the quality.

Hampton inn Sedona

Celebrating a birthday with a friend. Staff were super to us every time met them. Friend is handicap and staff assisted in every way to make stay perfect. Even using the electric pool chair. Thank you

Okay stay

When we got to our room, there were no pillow cases on any of the pillows. My husband went back to the desk to get some and he was told there were none available. Then he was asked if we really needed them. When he responded with 'YES' , the front clerk went to an empty room and got 2 pillowcases for us. After leaving a note the following morning asking to please get cases for all four pillows, we did get them. Yes, I do expect my pillows at any hotel to be cased, and I can't imagine anyone ever not wanting pillowcases. At a hotel with only 55 rooms, there should always be an extra supply of linens.

We checked in late to a room with an open unlocked window and my to go breakfast had a very rotten apple in it...yuck...no thanks!!!

Qality of food is ok, I was charged 50 dollars on my card for incidentals and it was actualy deducted from my account, and I was never told that. I really did not appreciate that. safety concern: The housekeeper outside the hallways, was who knows where and her assignment list and key on the board were just sitting on the cart , for pretty much 10 minutes .. and this is very cncerning.

OVERPRICED AND UNDERWHELMED HERE...

THIS PLACE IS NOT HORRIBLE IT IS JUST NOT THAT GOOD. MY ISSUE IS THAT I WAS CHARGED $250 FOR ONE NIGHTS STAY, AND THE ROOM SHOULD HAVE PRICED AT ABOUT $80 PER NIGHT OR SO. THE SHEETS WERE CLEAN, THE ROOM IN OK CONDITION...IT JUST DIDN'T MATCH THE PRICE TAG.
