A Little Out of the Way

Posted Jul 14, 2015
Pros: The Staff & the breakfast.
The Quality Inn is a good stay but is a little bit away from Main street. The reasonable price is worth it! The Continental breakfast is very good and offers many extras that is a very pleasant surprise!! The Manager is super nice and sets a good example for the rest of the staff. When we stay in Cottonwood, we always stay here!

Cons: It could have been decorated better and brighter in there. Just needs freshening up.
could have been decorated better. Good enough for one night but wouldn't stay again.

Decent, quiet surrounding

Motel clerk unaware of the area, couldn't recommend nearby restaurants or store hours.

A place to crash for a night

I felt like I was in an episode of the twilight zone while interacting with motel staff.

Near Cottonwood Hospital

Posted May 12, 2015
Pros: Location. Pancake making machine. Quiet.
Cons: The security latch was broken. The staff was unaware that it was broken, but still did not fix it in the 5 days after we told them it was broken.
Cleaning and front desk staff was very accommodating. Although the price was comparable to other hotels in the area, it is still very high compared to other Quality Inns.

Weekend getaway

Posted Apr 29, 2015 on Hotels
Decent room, although a little dated, especially the bath tub which had a permanent dirt ring. The room was very spacious, but walls were thin and voices could easily be heard, even at normal levels. We had rain the night we were there and had to wade through a big puddle in front of our door to get in and out.

Continental Breakfast was good.

Posted Apr 6, 2015
Pros: The continental breakfast was good, the staff was friendly and helpful.
Cons: Update the furnishings.
Location: The Motel location seemed to be good for getting to the historic area of Cottonwood and also to the main travel routes. It was relatively quiet.
The continental breakfast area was satisfactory. The motel is located across the street from a hospital and I think the majority of people who stay there are either receiving services from the hospital or stay there because it is close to the hospital. There was a handicap shower chair in the bathroom, the room is dark, the furnishings are dated and overall tacky. I would not stay there again.
