Pros: Towels were fluffy, coffee in room good, great internet access.
Cons: Repave parking lot
Location: 8 miles from Jerome lots to do
:Very nice experience, great staff, yummy breakfast, good restaurant on site, Will stay here again.

Pros: Zip. Way overpriced for what you get.
Cons: Everything
Location: A little out of the way, but not too bad as the town is small.
The a/c only stayed on for 4 minutes and then automatically shut off, mirrors were dirty, shower was dirty (both floor of tub and wall of tub), could not dial another room as the numbers would stick, person on the desk could have cared if we stayed or not. Probably the worst was the food area. There was a door open to a storage type area that food was between the warm food and where you got your juice and it was filthy. The food that should have been kept warm was cold (eggs, gravy & potatoes).

I do not see any comments about your stay in our system. Did you report the AC problems? The AC is controlled by the guest. It will kick on and off as is set by temperatures. Sorry for your experience. If room was unacceptable, best to report immediately to have corrections done. Dirty tubs are not the normal. We take pride in being #1 for hotel cleanliness.

Very clean, cheap accommodation

Pleasantly surprised by how clean the room was....also bed super comfy. It was not fancy...had to be 3 decades since fixtures had been replaced. Also, the door didn't open easily....total fire hazard. The staff was awesome though.

Hotel was close to all the activities that we had

Location: Lots of activities to keep us busy
Hotel staff were very friendly upon check in. Water temperature in the shower had to be adjusted, water was very hot.

The So So Inn...

Old Facility badly needing updating. Old tv's, old paint colors, faded art work, "Deluxe" breakfast that included brown bananas and very old apples. The eggs were not real.... I dont think.... The coffee came out of a big machine... and tasted like it. all the pastries were stale. The location was ideal for our visit to Jerome and downtown cottonwood.

We have the only hotel with a pancake machine. Also served is scrambled eggs, potatoes, hot/cold cereals, yogurts, fruits, and more. We do not have a chef on-site though. And, we have the "original" commercial flat screen TVs and although they have excellent reception we are in the process of replacing them.

We checked out after one night, we prepayed for 3 nights. I could put my little finger under the bottom of the door when it was shut. We could see peoples shoes as they walked by our room from under the closed door. Not a very safe feeling. So we left.

I offered to change your room for you, but you did not want to stay. It was an easy fix to reattach the door sweep. Also, the hotel is probably the most secure one in Cottonwood--surveillance cameras throughout and we are away from town and off the main road. Sorry for your experience.

The Hotel was true to its rating. I was certainly not disappointed. For someone wanting lodging in the Sedona area, this is a great option.
