Good location

Pros: Beds and breakfast
Cons: new bead spread covers would help with the facelift of the old room. I really don't like the mini pillows ever though you get four of them on each bed
Location: verde railroad ride was terrific.
When we first walked into our room we were a little disappointed, it wasn't as nice as our other hotels on this trip. Then we settled in and found it to be very clean and comfortable. It is an old hotel and shows some wear. We spent 6 days in three different hotels. This was the oldest and turn out they had the most comfortable beds and by far the best breakfast bar. We enjoyed our stay and would come again. We found all the staff to be very friendly and helpful.

Typical Quality Inn. Room was OK. Breakfast was not very appealing. The frozen fountain in the mornings was spectacular.

We needed a place to stay overnight for a spur of the moment visit to Jerome because all the hotels there were booked full. The room was okay. Beds weren't very comfortable. We think there may have been something in our room because of a banging noise near the sink that went on for about 2 hours around midnight and stopped suddenly. There were no occupants in the rooms surronding us so we never figured out what the banging was. (Obviously, not the hotel's fault, but creepy!) The room served its purpose though.

Breakfast was nice, but we didn't get room service even though we left our room early and were gone most the day.

Sorry your room was not serviced. But, upon research of the housekeeping list for that day, it was reported that the DND sign was posted both times the housekeeper checked. We do not have 24-hour services. So if the DND sign is up, the housekeeper will check again if she has time to do so. In this case, she checked twice.

The toilet ran all night. We attempted to fix it but was not able to stop it from running. The freezer in the fridge made a loud clicking sound. Floors were not vacuumed well. Open wires on ceiling where something had bee removed. There was a large bug stuck on the outside of the front window. Windows not clean!

Economical and Good Breakfast

This was a great place to stay if you're not looking for anything fancy. They had a great breakfast and they even have free toiletries at the front desk if you happen to have forgotten your toothbrush and toothpaste.
