“Late night pleasant surprise!”

We got in late and were so tired. The gentleman who checked us in was really nice. I had a choice of 2 rooms upper or lower. I asked if either had a view he couldn't guarantee that, and Sedona is beautiful! So i asked if either had a jacuzzi and he said the upper one. So we took that one for the studio deal we reserved at this resort in Sedona. Now i can't promise you will be as lucky, but perhaps we got in so late there would be no other takers for that room at a higher price so he made 2 people very happy, enough to write a wonderful review! ;)

“Short stay”

Cleanliness is most important to me and this was exceptional...plus it was very comfortable ...and having an equiped kitchen would have been an added benefit if we had stayed longer.

“Needs some attention.”

The Resort is very beautiful. I do think in the guest rooms with the kitchens you need to provide daily coffee. I understand that the rooms do not need to be cleaned everyday, but coffee should be provided. Maybe put 1 or two packages in the kitchens. The service in your resturant was not the best. The food was great, but the lack of experience with the servers needs some attention. Overall we enjoyed our stay. We played golf and that was great.

“Great choice!”

A very nice quiet place to spend time and relieve stress!! The room, amenities , location and the staff were great. They have multiple pools so u can always find less crowded ones. Right now the only thing is they are renovating and you might face some inconvenience. It's now a part of diamond resorts and they may offer timeshare and stuff.....

“Has everything a traveler would want”

Very impressed. Great place to stay if you want peace and quite for families and couples of all ages. We requested a second floor studio because the balcony has more privacy and views than the first level. The studio condo is fully euipped and supplied with everything you would want including pool towels! Seperated kitchen and dinette as well as large bathroom with a walk-in shower. Very roomy and confortable studio unit for 2 people. Staff very courtious and helpful. Resort has daily activities that you can partake in. Including their weekend "Dive-In Movies" which are shown at one of their pools. The resort is a time-share property, but if you decline their tour/ofters with respect, they in turn respect your decision and you will enjoy your stay.

“Terrific place”

I don't think I have ever given any hotel all 5's before but this was a terrific experience. The 1 bedroom unit was great, spacious, and clean. We loved the fireplace huge jetted tub and beautiful mountain and golf course views.

“Good spot to stay.”

This place was good, clean, and pleasant. It was nothing spectacular, but was overall very nice. It's close to shopping and attractions. When you check in, they try to pitch time share, but they gave me a lot of information on area attractions, and a nice map. I would stay there again.

“Sedona trip”

This hotel was a great place to stay. It is very private and if you are looking to be left alone this place is for you. Of course they want you to buy a timeshare, but they are not pushy; I just ignored them and they went away. Sedona is beautiful and this location was great. We stayed in a one bedroom suite that had washer/dryer, jacuzzi tub, and a great balcony. This is not extreme luxury but for the price we paid it was great.
