Great place to stay when visiting Sedona

Posted Jul 31, 2015
Pros: Friendliness of the staff and the many amenities they provided to us. This was our 1st stop of a 13 day road trip through 6 Western States
Location: It is in the old west town of Sedona.....many shops, galleries and the like close by.....and hiking trails too
many, many amenities, supplied by and eager staff that was always courteous, helpful and informative to all our requests and needs. Parking was plentiful and secure and the grounds well maintained and manicured.

Nice hotel with decent sized pool and seating in lobby area by fountain. Pictures are a little flattering so adjust your expectations. Close to town and shops. Overall a good experience. Excellent staff.

Not what we expected

Posted Jul 19, 2015
Perhaps our expectations were too high but this was more like a motel than a hotel. It didn't help that building works were ongoing either. Staff were nice and food was good but a roadside motel next door to (a very nice) Safeway was not depicted on the website.....

Large, but with easy access

Posted Jul 7, 2015
Pros: Location, Location, Location!
Cons: The pet deposits should be more clearly stated. And either a late evening, or early morning, spa time should be available for late arriving guests!!
Location: Sedona speaks for itself :)
A beautiful place with a welcoming staff that has all the comforts.

Average motel with pretentious attitude

Posted Jul 6, 2015
AC not adequate. Temp in room never below 80. New age curtainless shower made a big mess everytime. Room had a tiny patio which could not fit even one chair. Spa facilities were broken. A lot of construction going on.

Flott sted!

Posted Jun 21, 2015
Pros: Østvent balkong med hage utsikten. Observation dekk.
Cons: Ingenting
Location: Hikes til vortexene, spa, organisk matbutikker og Chocolatree har bare glutenfri, dairy free og vegan mat på menyen!
Avslappende atmosfære, fint beliggenhet ift fotturere og shopping. Flotte rom og bad.

Great, non-chain hotel

Posted Jun 14, 2015
Pros: Away from downtown
Cons: Construction during the week could be a problem, however, the addition will be near completion soon.
Location: Great restaurants within walking distance. A side trip to Jerome and Cottonwood is recommended.
As seniors, we loved the hotel as it was quiet, elegant, and had a great restaurant. Away from downtown and the tourist scene. Lovely experience for two nights.

Nice enough. Easy on and off.

Posted Jun 9, 2015
Pros: Reds, food was very good. Both breakfast and the evening dining experience.
Cons: Fitness rooms were barely on site and pretty dated. Spa was booked solid, but we could have planned better on our end.
Location: Easy to find and many outdoor activities.
Hotel staff was very helpful and friendly. Pool was easily accessed but not very well staffed for food or drinks.
