Exactly what we were looking forPosted Oct 22, 2014
Our stay at the Sedona Summit was exactly what we were looking for. It was a very nice facility with all the amenities we needed. The kitchen was stocked with everything we needed from dish towels to a potato masher. The bbq grills on the property were pristine and had the best views. The property wasn't too far from the center of town and was the perfect gateway to our day trips to Jerome, Tizigoot and was only a 1/4mile from the Red Rock state park.

Not worth it for one nightPosted Oct 22, 2014
We only stayed one night and found out when we checked in a few minutes before 4 that we had to check out by 10 am! I have never heard of a hotel who boots you out by 10, especially when we couldn't even get into our room before 4. We had to pay a resort fee that we never got to utilize because of the early checkin. If you are planning on staying for a couple of days, it may be worth it, but for one night it definitely was not.

Eh not so great for the price.Posted Oct 16, 2014
We had the following issues: - cockroaches in the room - paper thin walls. We heard everything in the next room - staff was constantly trying to sell us on a time share which made us avoid staff - original room was being serviced got a new room - was promised view of the mountains instead got a view of the parking lot. Staff said nothing they could do about it.

Beautiful Room and ViewPosted Oct 9, 2014
Pros: Great room, clean, updated.
Cons: Non-stop timeshare sales pitch. I just needed a place to sleep and shower. Multiple phone messages to attend sales meetings. No onsite dining.
Location: West of Central Sedona. Short ride to downtown.
Great room, Timeshare sales Hell! At check in, messages in the room every day, literature. Need to go to sales pitch to get discounts at nearby merchants. I'd rather stay in the Motel 6 and be left alone.

This resort was pricey for our budget but totally with it! We stayed in the 2 br and it was Very comfortable bed with both bathrooms having large tubs! The kitchen was stocked with any cooking utensils and tools we needed and the porch was really peaceful. Would definitely stay here again!

Amazing ExperiencePosted Sep 13, 2014
Pros: Location, cleanliness, staff friendliness, views
Cons: Checkout wait time.
Location: Pink Jeep Tour (must do activity while in Sedona), Sedona Airport lookout point, art galleries
It was a weekend trip for us so we only needed a suite for one night. We usually stay at L'auberge but wanted to switch it up for a change. It was totally worth it. The two bedroom suite was phenomenal. Very clean, fully equipped for an extended stay. It's one of Diamond Resort's finest properties and we were not disappointed. It overlooked Thunder Mountain and had an amazing view during sunset. We have stayed in six different hotels/resorts in Sedona and this property has to be one of the best. Great staff and awesome experience overall.

Nice place for familiesPosted Aug 20, 2014
Pros: location and condo like rooms
The resort was clean and has 5 pools. Rooms are clean and a well stocked kitchen was very convenient. Overall a really nice stay. The limited contact I had with the staff was very pleasant and they were helpful

OkPosted Jul 30, 2014
Pros: They do have a "Childrens pool" which was nice for my toddler.
Cons: check in procedure. a 30 minute hard sell on timeshares was uncalled for.
Location: great location. Don't eat at any of the overpriced restaurants the hotel suggests. You're close enough to find your own good restaurants.
Hotel is a time share. Upon check in I was bombarded with timeshare information and offers. Took over 30 minutes to check in. The place is HUGE and spread out. Pools weren't close to us at all, neither were BBQ's or any other amenities.
