Amazing ExperiencePosted Sep 13, 2014
Pros: Location, cleanliness, staff friendliness, views
Cons: Checkout wait time.
Location: Pink Jeep Tour (must do activity while in Sedona), Sedona Airport lookout point, art galleries
It was a weekend trip for us so we only needed a suite for one night. We usually stay at L'auberge but wanted to switch it up for a change. It was totally worth it. The two bedroom suite was phenomenal. Very clean, fully equipped for an extended stay. It's one of Diamond Resort's finest properties and we were not disappointed. It overlooked Thunder Mountain and had an amazing view during sunset. We have stayed in six different hotels/resorts in Sedona and this property has to be one of the best. Great staff and awesome experience overall.

Nice place for familiesPosted Aug 20, 2014
Pros: location and condo like rooms
The resort was clean and has 5 pools. Rooms are clean and a well stocked kitchen was very convenient. Overall a really nice stay. The limited contact I had with the staff was very pleasant and they were helpful

OkPosted Jul 30, 2014
Pros: They do have a "Childrens pool" which was nice for my toddler.
Cons: check in procedure. a 30 minute hard sell on timeshares was uncalled for.
Location: great location. Don't eat at any of the overpriced restaurants the hotel suggests. You're close enough to find your own good restaurants.
Hotel is a time share. Upon check in I was bombarded with timeshare information and offers. Took over 30 minutes to check in. The place is HUGE and spread out. Pools weren't close to us at all, neither were BBQ's or any other amenities.

Very modern, comfortable, and a good location.Posted Jul 27, 2014
Location: Close to Red Rock State Park.
Everything you could ask for a Sedona room (or hotel room in general). It is outside town a bit (on the other side of town from Oak Creek), but that makes it very close to Red Rock State Park. Room was peaceful and comfortable.

Nice size studio suitePosted Jul 22, 2014
Pros: The hotel grounds and landscaping are really nice.
Cons: The rooms are outdated and could use renovation.
Location: Central location near shops, restaurants and other tourist attractions.
This studio suite was nice size for a small family or solo traveler. The bathroom was ample sized with stand alone glass door shower. The kitchen was furnished with blender, coffee maker, refrigerator, microwave, stove top and cookware etc. The bed was adequate not a pillow top but still comfortable. The private balcony was a nice touch and was furnished with table and chairs. The resort grounds was kept clean and inviting. Lots of activity and families enjoying the pool and hot tubs. The resort is in a nice central location very close to downtown shops and restaurants. They offer a nice playground for small kids.

Many activities available to keep everyone busy for longer stays as well as quiet comfort for those who'd rather retreat to relax. Great vacation!

Away from town, but great retreat!Posted Jul 21, 2014
Cons: It would be nice to have towel service and food/beverage service at one pool at least, but we brought our own snacks and drinks and it was fine.
Location: Short drive to all the major hikes (do Devil's Bridge, it is worth it) Pink Jeep tours a pricey, but worth every penny, so much fun!
We spent 4 days in Sedona with our 2 young children. Having the mini kitchen was perfect! The Sofa bed was actually comfortable. We enjoyed the pool area every day, the fitness center was fine for a small resort. They had BBQ's available which was nice as well, although we didn't get a chance to take advantage of it, many people did. The activities and games the staff offer is a nice touch. Kids had plenty to do. The staff was very pleasant, although be prepared for a couple sales pitches. We would definitely come back again! It certainly would have been easier to stay closer to town, but I liked the peace and quiet.

Worst experience everPosted Jul 16, 2014
Pros: Nothing, from start to finish was bad. I would not stay there again if room was free.
Horrible experience. Room key did not work, room was dirty, air conditioner was not working, and staff was rude. I got ripped off. I would never recommend this place to anyone.
