Resort I would not go back toPosted Feb 23, 2015
The first night was good. We wanted rooms for the second night. We were told none were available, but it we signed up for a presentation (1.5 hrs) we would have rooms. We felt coerced into going to the presentation. We had a 1 bedroom room and our friends had a 2 bedroom. We were told they would put us in another room. Ended up we were put in our friends room and the room was not cleaned. Not a good experience. Would not go back.

Nice hotel with all the home comfortsPosted Feb 22, 2015
Pros: Nice pools and large hot tubs
Cons: Would be nice to have a sauna
Good, quiet location, yet close to everything. We rented t a large 2 bdrm lockout that has two kitchens (one full kitchen and one kitchenette), 1 kind, 1 full bed and 2 full sofas, and two patios. That was good amount of space for the family of 6.

Valentines experiencePosted Feb 16, 2015
Checked in at 8pm . Everything went good with the booking.. after ckeck in I was told to go to concierage for welcome pack. They continued to do pressure sales to have me look at a time share. After 20 min of just saying no. We went to our room. Room was a studio good size for a few nights. Basic ammenities. We were exhausted from our trip and decided to go to bed early. My girlfriend removed the bedding and found several hairs both long and short on the bed. We called guest services to address the issue. 10 minater housekeeping was changing the sheets. The bathroom was out dated. I do not thin pink is a color for any room.

Lovely resort in SedonaPosted Feb 14, 2015
Pros: It was near to Sedona town
Cons: Check in
Location: Lots of beautiful shops. Native American jewelery, art of all kinds and clothing. Pink Jeep tours very good and it gives you a chance to see Sedona.
Took a while to check in and one room wasn't ready until after 5 pm. As we were only staying for one night, it was a shame

Pros: Beautiful facility and very nice rooms.
Cons: No housekeeping service. At check in only wanted us to the concierge to try and get us to sign up for a time share talk.
Beautiful city and lots to see. Hotel is a little outside of the city, but it was nice to be away from the busy town.

Convenient location!Posted Feb 1, 2015
Great location, restaurants and bars close by, spacious rooms, definitely get bang for your buck! Multiple pools and jacuzzis. All the comforts of home were provided. Just wish their standard checkout time was 11am instead of 10am.

Nice scenic location- close to hikingPosted Jan 13, 2015
Cons: Better more efficient check in and check out. Remove resort fees. Give up front price inlcussive of all fees
Location: Lots of hiking within quick driving distance and close to main town area
Check in and check out was not quick and efficient. The room was adequate for our needs.
