Great location .. uptown SedonaPosted Jul 23, 2015
Pros: location is perfect , pool and spa very cozy
Cons: free breakfast ... not really breakfast , no eggs just cereals and fruit and toast
Location: dining , shopping, red rock tours , segway tours
In the heart of it all .. rooms are dated .. but spacious.

Will not come backPosted Jul 18, 2015
Great location, easy parking and friendly staff are the only positive features. Our room (king) was outdated and very basic; very dark and small bathroom. Bed and pillows were uncomfortable. Soundproof system in the room doesn't exist. Will not return.

Great location near red rocks !Posted Jul 16, 2015
Pros: Conveniently located to many shops and restaurants. All within walking distance. Room and balcony were very quiet.
Cons: no suggestions for improvement.
Location: Hiking, swimming pool, jeep tours, shopping, eating, drinking, many places to sit and enjoy the weather or scenery.
Hotel room was extremely comfortable. There was a private balcony overlooking a wide vista of Sedona rock formations and Oak Creek . It was a terrific break from the summer heat of Phoenix.

Sedona Orchards InnPosted Jul 14, 2015
Pros: The views were wonderful. Loved the balcony! The pool was very nice also. Had a great night time swim, the pool hours were very convenient.
Cons: More privacy between balconies would help as my daughter did see a man next door walking around naked on his balcony.
Location: The location is wonderful if you want to do the tourist thing, all the shops and eating places within walking distance.
I was worried about safety when I saw the door was damaged around the door handle. It was loose and there was wood missing around the latching mechanism. I was traveling with an elderly relative who needed to use a walker at all times. The bathroom door was too narrow for her walker to fit through and made using the toilet and shower very difficult. We ended up having to use the public restroom nearby. In the future I will be sure to ask for handicap access. The beds were very comfortable and clean. I had a great night's sleep there. Also, the room was quiet. It was very convenient to the tourist shopping area of Sedona, everything was within walking distance, didn't need to use the car at all! It was a little pricey for the size of the room.

DisappointedPosted Jul 11, 2015
Pros: It was close to the shops.
Cons: Cleanliness, the hotel rate, and the lame breakfast( at Taos Cantina!)
Location: Centrally located at the business strip. The Pink Jeep(?) was just right around the corner.
There were prunes and gummy bear stuck on the carpet. The room was relatively small - been to a lot of hotels already. The toilet is tilted. And I mean tilted. My 9 y/0 daughter was laughing abt it. The bathroom was small too. The view is good but I won't rave abt it. We can hear our neighbors- TV, talking, and all. That Taos Cantina is a disappointment, too. The food was just ok, but too pricey. If ever I'll go back in Sedona, I will look for another hotel. Not happy with this one.
