"Luxury in perfect setting."
Staff were excellent, supremely attentive and courteous. From the moment we arrived we felt pampered and welcome. Our car was spirited away as we checked in and our luggage taken directly to our room. We took lunch by the creek which was idyllic, and delicious. The room was spotless and very comfortable ( in the Lodge). We decided to eat in the restaurant and were not disappointed, the food was first class all the way. We would highly recommend L'Auberge to anyone wishing a special vacation in this location.

"Beautiful setting in a central location"
The Hyatt was in a terrific location for experiencing so many hikes, vortex, restaurants, shops, and general site seeing options. The pool and related facilities are wonderful but the resort could have had more signs to direct us to the pool. The resort is a time share so u meet with the consierge rep at check in to try to induce u to listen to a 90 minute presentation. But it is NOT high pressure to have the meeting. We politely declined. We had a second floor room 2121 in the newer section. Highly recommend both. We enjoyed a delicious Thai dinner right around the corner. We drove a few miles on 179 south to take a hike. Cathedral rock. It was pretty tiring although it was rated moderate. There was a lot of stop and go traffic on the way back. Could have been Sunday traffic and or Labor Day weekend related. Based on comments from friends who have been to Sedona we weren't expecting to have as great a time as we did. Another hike is boyton trail. Short easy but parking can be tough. We were there 2 nights but could have enjoyed 1 more. Went to hike the airport Mesa trail and vortex but when we arrived we found both closed. The Hyatt staff should have notified their guests. But we were not short on hiking. There's a very nice shopping area right on the resort property with an informal restaurant..wildflower ...with a diverse menu. Also there's another pretty shopping area a short drive on 179 south on the right side. Can't begin to spell it or pronounce it. American Indian

"A getaway from the city life."
ILoved it loves it, my 18month loved the pool! I booked the one standard room w/ 1 bedroom for 3 adult and 2 toddler. The only down is that you can feel the springs of the pull out couch. Other then that I we'll stay there again on my next vacation.

"Nice resort, near attractions we wanted to visit."
I cannot say enough about the wonderful staff we encountered. When we arrived the concierge gave us an overview of available dining via a printed nearby restaurant guide including various levels of pricing along with maps of points of interest. We were traveling with our young granddaughters and this information was extremely helpful. The room assigned was clean and spacious, we were very pleased with the location. The girls thought they would like to try the Tennis court and the front desk arranged to have the lights turned on and gave them racquets to use. I think the staff went out of their way to make this a pleasant stay and we apprecated that. We ate breakfast in the resort restaurant overlooking the grounds and loved the views of red rocks and well manicured grounds. We would recommend this hotel to family and friends and would certainly stay there again.

"Would stay again in a heartbeat!"
The location is a mile or two from the main part of town, but this is good! Its more private and has nice views, especially from the 3rd floor (we stayed on the 2nd floor and they were still good). It started with very friendly staff who offered us cold waters when we arrived. The facility is beautiful! Nice waterfall in the entry area, roof viewing area with a fire pit, and a great little restaurant (Reds) is attached to the property as well. The daily room cleaning was excellent and after dinner, we arrived back to the room and the staff had been back again to turn down the bed (complete with chocolates).... loved the visit here and the friendly staff and amenities. Definitely worth booking!

This is a great hotel. The customer service was fantastic. The breakfast was great, and the views even better. The only problem I had was there are no elevators and I had to lug my suitcase down two set of stairs, other than that it was great.
