Pros: Het ontbijt, de ligging, de uitstraling, prijs kwaliteit
Cons: -Ik moest tot aan het restaurant om het eten van mijn peuter op te warmen -het eten was dan overgeschept in een kom maar niet afgedekt.
Location: 6min rijden en je bent disneyland binnen, shuttle is ook een optie maar net iets langer
Voor de 2e maal terug, deze keer met heel de familie. Zij zijn ook heel tevreden over alles, de ligging, netheid en service, het ontbijt is bijna kompleet. Een echte aanrader, zelfs volzet is de drukte bijna niet merkbaar.

Nice Hotel, shame about the shuttle

Cons: The shuttle service
Hotel was clean with big rooms, and great views, good location, good breakfast. The shuttle to the park, was almost always full to capacity, and only stops in the taxi rank...not where the buses do. This is very inconvenient, as there are long queues into the taxi rank at peak times, and not designated bus stop, so it becomes a 'free for all', when the bus arrives. We made the hotel aware of this, and several other guests were complaining.

Cons: Staff attitude
Staff not friendly. We arrived at 2.30pm, check in was 3 pm. Sometimes rooms do become available beforehand but we were firmly told the time is 3pm and to come back then. At 3 pm informed will have to wait as room still not ready. Finally reached room around 3.30pm. No apologies offered, very cold attitude.

Poor hotel that could do with some updating. Shuttle Bus service is a nightmare every 30mins despite having to reserve a place in the morning it is packed to the point of bursting. Breakfast not great. Dinner in the hotel restuarant was nice though a little pricey. The one thing though this hotel did have was good staff and customer service.

Chambre pas au niveau d'un hôtel 4 étoiles Tv avec un petit écran (même mon pc a un écran plus grand) 2 matelas jumeaux, rien à voir avec le king size annoncé

Great stay with minor inconveniences

Pros: The food, the convenience of the shuttle, the friendly staff, the quality of the rooms.
Cons: Two queen beds rather than a hide-a-bed sofa, better room keys, climate controls that cooled the room, and better maintenance on the shuttle bus seats
Location: Disneyland Paris is a short shuttle ride away. Paris is convenient by rail nearby. And the outlet mall nearby is great.
First off, this is an amazingly wonderful hotel. The breakfast is far and away the best I've ever had in a hotel - far beyond the usual waffle, fruit and dry cereal. The selection was amazing, and the quality and service were top notch. Our only issues were a very minor housekeeping issue - they didn't replace used coffee cups and spoons, and took but didn't replace washcloths. Other than that, wonderful job by housekeeping. Our room keys, on the other hand, were a major issue for us. In 4 nights, we had to have our room keys reprogrammed 9 times, and at checkout, only half of them were still working. Two rooms, four keys, and it seemed every time we left the room for more than 30 minutes, the keys needed to be reprogrammed. Sometimes, they were totally blank - no light on the door acknowledging a key was even inserted. Other times, the light was red, indicating a wrong key. The staff asked us each time if we put it near our cell phones, and we were very careful after the first time not to place them anywhere near the phones. Not that it mattered. I have stayed in many other hotels, and never once had this happen, so I think they are using inferior key cards. Having to go to the front desk every time we wanted to get in our rooms was a major inconvenience.

Pros: Fräsch pool
Cons: Service, service, service!!!!
Detta hotell skulle behöva minst trippla sin personal. Ringde receptionen tre gånger eftersom det var tropiskt varmt i rummet och det gick inte att sänka värmen. Fick lägga på efter 60 (!) signaler varje gång och istället gå ner. All kontakt med receptionen föregicks av låååånga kötider. Checka in tog 30 minuter. Checka ut lika länge. Kön till frukost saknade motstycke. Maten på restaurangen var jättegod - MEN blev magsjuk på natten av den. Gratisbuss till disneyland men totalt kaos och oklart hur processen skulle gå till.

Wir waren als Famile mit 3 Kinder dort und waren überhaupt nicht zufrieden für 2300€ für 3 Nächte haben wir weitaus mehr erwartet.

Service geht anders !

Bei unserer Ankunft waren von 4 Check In Schaltern nur 1 besetzt. Wartezeit 35 min. - nicht schön ! Das Familienzimmer Nr. 011 im Erdgeschoss ist durchaus in die Jahre gekommen. Beim Bezug unseres Zimmers fehlte das 4.te Bett. Auch ein Wechsel eines 500€ Scheins war an der Rezeption nicht möglich. Die Sauberkeit in diesem Hotel lässt zu Wünschen übrig - Gäste stellen leere Flaschen auf den Flur, welche 2 Tage später noch standen. Beim Frühstück war jeder 3 Teller schmuddelig. Hier passt gut: Von außen hui - von innen pfui. Also wir besuchen mit Sicherheit dieses Hotel nicht mehr !!! Positiv ist die gute Lage zum Park, sowie der Shuttelservice.
